Oh that is too funny! I, too, wanted to get out today and get rid of some of that biscuit material, but since my dogs woke me up at 3:30, I felt like the day started off wrong by the time daylight hit, so I decided to scrap!
Tomorrow-tomorrow!!!

I had plans to join my local peeps in a crop but with 4 people in the house either going to work or needing to take care of errands or go scrapbooking and only 2 vehicles I had to sacrifice the crop. It wasn't all a waste though, I spent quality time with hubby at Lowe's planning future house projects then managed to get 2 pages completed while he watched a basketball game. With the fresh air from the open windows it was a great day!

AAhhhhh Saturday ... gotta love it
Today I'm finishing a class I'm taking w/ a test and the last few paragraphs of a final paper ... it's all good and then I'm SCRAPPING! I've already warned the household they're on their own for dinner, LOL.
Last night I finished up this month's Inspiration Challenge combined with Week 3 of the Stashbusters and I have a sketch challenge page laid out so ... off to a good start
Happy Sunday everyone

I am doing well. We (my husband & I) met with a neurosurgeon this past Monday and he was generally upbeat and reassuring. Bottom-line is we have time to make an informed decision after weighting the risk/benefits of each option. Our next step is to meet the specialist in Chicago for a consult before we finalize any treatment option.
It's motivating me to do my wedding album which I ordered reprints of all our pictures! I will work on that in conjunction with finishing up with the albums I am otherwise working on. Wish me luck in getting this done before my procedure!

It looks like I have lots to catch up on other than just getting my layouts posted for the month, but then I feel like I have been behind all month......
Ann, send hugs and prayers your way {{{{Ann}}}} From what little I know, isn't it better to find out before than after it burst?? My DSIL is the latter, she had with prompt attention.
I will spend time catching up................

Yes, it is. My Mom & Grandmother (paternal) both had one burst. My sister has had them, but caught hers before they burst, had surgery & now she has issues with memory. My Mom had part of her cerebellum removed (due to damage from a ruptured one) which causes her balance issues and my Grandmother passed away from complications with her surgery. Needless to say, they run in my family. I'm lucky I caught it before it ruptured. They are hereditery, in my case. I've not had any symptoms leading up to this, just felt it was my turn to get an MRA. If they run in a family line, I highly recommend checking this website out:
The Brain Aneurysm Foundation
Thanks for keeping me in your prayers!

I have some sad news, Diane Malcor's mom passed away Sunday night. Diane had spent the last 2 months caring for her and let me know yesterday. I don't have an address for her, but please keep Diane and her family in your prayers.

I will be posting the last February Stash Busters challenge this Thursday and was wondering if anyone would like to guest host the March challenges? It's a busy month for me so I would love to be relieved of the responsibility for the challenge! Whoever PMs me first will get to guest host.

Well, I've been busier than I expected so I'm not at all sure I'll meet my goal for this month. I did at least finish one more layout:
Daffodil Festival
March will be a complete bust until at least the 25th. I have to retake half of my stupid exam and while studying for that I'll also be planning and prepping for a Mad Hatter Tea Party to take place at my house. So on the 25th, I'll either be comatose from being so busy for so long, or I'll be scrappin'!

I just uploaded my first page from the latest VSBN, which I totally missed. I linked it to the challenge thread and now I'm linking it here...
VSBN14FEB08
I chose the "call me" option to create a new page just like an old page.
Week 8 is the new page.
Calendar 9 is the old page.
Also...I just love my super creative titles for my pages, haha....

Here's Task 4 for this month's progressive challenge. The titles don't match but I'm hoping to get a second page done before the end of the month which will reflect the title.
Hoppin' Down the Bunny Trail by Crooked Stamper - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers
I'm a little behind looking at the gallery but I finally got a new laptop so I'm going to try & catch up. It has Windows 8 which I'm not used to plus no virus protection yet so I'm stilling sharing my DH's laptop!

New Challenge!!
We have brought back the Quotes & Lyrics challenge and I'm really excited to be the new hostess (Thanks for asking Lela)!! I grew up in a very musical family (my Mom teaches piano from her home) and we all (six of us) played an instrument growing up! I have a wide taste in music and a really big library!
So, I have one question What's your favorite genre(s) or do you like a variety??
Here's the challenge:
QUOTES & LYRICS
Hope you can play along in the challenge we can admire your pages!
I've also been busy trying to get the rest of my pages in for the month. While I was pulling stuff together for my wedding album, I found my childhood scrapbook and was shocked to find I had pictures stuck to magnetic pages...had to fix that! Here's the pages I did:
Remember when... (this is also for week 3 stashbusters)
DH baby portaits
DH Toddler portaits
When I count up my pages for the month, I'm at 10 pages completed! I honestly didn't think I was going to make it...whew!!

Seems I've missed a lot of the chatter on here from you ladies!
Happy for Avalon's new calling to the Compassionate Service Leader, and I'm loving all the updates on your little precious.
Sorry Ann that you are experiencing difficult upcoming decisions about treatment - but my love and heart is with you - it will work out just fine.
Good to see all the completed pages for the month so far. I have the last 3 for me for this month. No scrapping tomorrow or Saturday because we are going on a Shop Hop starting bright and early in the morning.
Collections
Dolphins
Frosty on Ice
I made my goal for February - plus 1.
note: notice the S2S amount of $52? It will drastically change by Sunday! We are hitting 8 shops on this hop and likely will buy something from each!

The Week 4 Stash Busters challenge is posted! Don't forget, I'm looking for someone who would like to guest host this challenge for the month of March. Hosting not only guarantees you will get four layouts done, you also get to pick what products to get rid of from your stash. Now doesn't that sound like a blast?

Well it's the last day of the month & I did 6 pages. I know I won't get any done tonight & it'll be a few weeks until I'll be able to scrap again. We're moving my SIL tomorrow & there will be a lot to do to finish up the move.

This morning one of the first photos I came a crossed this morning on Facebook was an awesome layout by our own Valerie (awjmgmom), so she was my inspiration for the day, along with combining the fourth stash challenge and all the colors found in the new quote & lyrics challenge.
Inspirational music & stash
And with this page completion.... I have reached my goal for the month! (25)

I got my last three pages done so I met my goal for the month! I didn't get to spend as much time looking through the gallery as I'd like but hope to do that this weekend.
