Scrappin' Challenge 2022 Can you believe this is our 14th year of Scrappin' Goal Challenge?! We sure completed an AWESOME number of pages together in 2009 through 2021 and I'm looking forward to MORE Scrap pages together in 2022! Let's keep scrappin'. It was SO fun to chat about and see everyone's pages, goals and ideas for completing LOTS of scrapbook pages in 2022! Many had a common theme - get more pages done, use what's in our stash, meet new scrapping friends, plan time/crops... What fun we'll have sharing ideas, cheering success, keeping the motivation and making new friends. Our scrap goal isn't all about getting pages done, it's also about enjoying the process!
Please feel free to join at any time!
Here's the CHALLENGE. Each person can share their page goals, pages and ideas. for those of us who like Annual Goals, we will have a better shot at meeting our yearly goal if we break it down by month. *In this thread, we track our monthly goals. We find it helps us keep getting pages done which is good for all of us. You choose your own scrapbook page goal and monthly spend goal. You may select 2, 3, 5, 50 pages.... you choose. The idea is to be flexible so if you know you're going to be really busy, you can reduce the number one month or if you're going to a couple crops or scrap weekends, up the number. This also works for the budget. Each month, you can change your goals depending on your calendar!
The whole goal of the challenge is to get lots of pages done all the while enjoying sharing with Virtual Friends. Are you UP for the CHALLENGE? Come and Play in the 2022 Scrapbook Challenge!
Here's to Meeting our Scrapping Goals & Meeting New Friends! We'd love to "oohh" and "ahh" so please use Key Word SBC22AUG
This is where we'll keep track of our Monthly "goal" - if you have one - and track YTD pages. It's always a great time to keep count and see what we've accomplished by year end!

Hey my friends! I have missed you. I started doing pages again when my daughter, Allie, went to Paris. I did 40 pages for Allie and her friend, Charity. Paris was such an easy topic. Now I plan to at least 16 pages for my Aunt Joan's 80th birthday party. I started it Saturday and have 3 pages done so my goal is 13 more in August. My goal for the year is 80 pages. I have so many pictures of my grandsons that I need to do....

Hooray for you Nancy! Glad to hear you are doing lots of scrapping.
Paris - wow. For years now my oldest great grand (aka-Tiny Tot) has been wild about the idea of going there some day. She is attracted to anything Paris.

This layout is very simple. I did spend a little time going back through the 2021 album. I added a couple of dates I'd forgotten & a title that I felt the layout needed.
I was able to get a two pages done between yesterday & today. I think I'm finally getting back in the swing but cutting the mats on the Celebrate page kick my butt. Well now I have a lot of black scraps! The colors of the DSP are much prettier in person. I probably should have waited until daylight to take my photos but I was excited to get them posted!
Yep, this summer has been busy and a little bit crazy, lol. I've just updated my signature, (12 out of 12 for July!) and I'm setting a lower goal for myself this month (10 for Aug), because school is going to start... but maybe that will mean I can get more stuff done once they ARE in school...?? here's hoping!
Looking forward to the challenges, old and new, lol, and hoping you are all well!

2024 Scrapping Goals: May: 13/20; April:11; 2024: 59/125
Thanks! I was in the groove last month! I have been scrapping today, I made 13 pages. Some are very simple and a few are pages that I added pictures to. I like having blank pages made and ready to go. I have been using all the kits I’ve been holding on to.

I’ve been lurking the past few weeks and so miss scrapping and you ladies who know me. I saw Jan is scrapping again and she’s motivated me too. I have enough cards to last me years so maybe it’s time to scrap again…watch this space. Happy scrapping.

I have a goal to scrap all the pictures in my photo organizer. I’m getting there. I did a bunch of Christmas pages recently. I also got my husband to sort and organize the scout pages. Of course I have to make Cub Scout pages for my youngest. I just ordered pictures.
I also signed up for a crop in November. I will be working on Disney pages. I have so many Disney pictures and trips! It is easy to pack my Disney stuff because I keep it all separate from the rest of my stuff.

Yesterday I finally got a few pages done! Yes, I am far ahead of my yearly goal, and I am happy with that, but that's because I've done so many Disney pages this year, lol. I'm not done with Disney, but with another senior, I'm going to need to cram and get her life scrapped. I mean, she HAS ten 12x12 albums, but those only hold what? 20-30 pages each, so there's a lot still to do. ;) All three kids went back to school this week (all on different days...). I have a sophomore in college, a high school senior and a kindergartener! And my husband and I celebrate 23 years in about a week!
SO! I did some back to school pages from previous years.
Finally got around to logging in and uploading some pages. I have 9 done so far for the month and that may be all I get to with it already being the 26th. I didn't upload them all, but here are a few. Got one done for stashbuster and one for inspiration challenges for this month.
Here are 2 pages I finished today. This layout was a challenge for me choosing the color of CS & DSP to use but I'm happy with it! I used a CHTM Flip Flap so there are 2 other photos out there but I couldn't link them up.
Update, this summer has been very busy. School will start Wednesday. This week is deep cleaning the house and getting a bedroom ready for family visiting in Oct. My son making his confirmation in Oct.
Soccer started again for HS and everything else will start around Sept 12, so hopefully I can catch up. Soon is soccer card season. So I need to get ahead on those. I should attach a picture of the cards. Aug goal was 4 pages. Which I did not do, so I will carry over to Sept and 5 pagesSept goal.
