I was going to do one but we only had (1) person even mention they were interested and it's alot of work (esp right now with SCS still have post issues) for no one to play along.
I have an idea if we have some interest?
I just figured everyone was playing along with some online ones already going, that's what I did today
Lela, I thought that by liking your post, you would take it to mean I was in for VSBN! Sorry I wasn't more clear. If you decide to do one, please let me know if you need help with ideas or sample layouts.
I’m up for a VSBN but couldn’t crop last weekend and this coming weekend is VSN.
I’ve just been waiting for the scrap challenges to post and was going to look at last months for inspiration. I’ve also been following other scrapbook sites as I wasn’t sure if all the usual challenges were going to be posted. Sorry I should have asked but also didn’t want to put pressure on you ladies who always host.
Bring it on ladies. I appreciate everything that you do and right now I need some direction/challenge.
Big hugs

Jayne, I was just looking at my "Favorite Scrapbook Layouts" category on Pinterest, and it made me realize I have so many layouts saved but I never seem to use any of them for inspiration. So my personal challenge to myself - and I dare you to join me - is to pick at least one feature from one layout I have saved to Pinterest, and add that to a layout this week! If you don't have a Pinterest account, you can always be inspired by a layout you have saved in your favorites here.
Here is a layout I finished up yesterday. Funny thing is I had been on Pinterest looking for an idea and that is where I got the diamond thing down the center! Daughter - jai by AnniePanda - at Splitcoaststampers

Joyce Ann I just read my email from you about the face mask you are making. I can not tell you how much that means. I am the mother of a son who works in nursing and I pray that someone as kind and caring as you are will do this for his hospital. God Bless you.

I haven't done any scrapping in a bit. I did make up my card kit and mailed out 7 of them. I still need to make three more for birthdays this week. Saturday was spent cleaning up/organizing the basement again. Sunday I made a photo puzzle on Shutterfly, using some family snapshots. That will give us something fun to do... in two weeks!
Also I saw something on the Persnickety Prints website/blog to share here! There's a free download for cards you can use in pocket pages or on traditional pages to document this time! At first I laughed a little, but I scrapped the aftermath of 9-11 so I suppose it isn't silly at all. And I've been keeping a daily record of this shut in time so why not scrap it?? Here's the direct link. Tell Your COVID-19 Stories • Free Card Download and I hope it's okay to post that??

Just spotted this "sketchathon" on FB being offered by Bev Code. She is great at making sketches. There are 4 now with a note she will give more. If interested, check it out and play - or just be inspired. https://www.facebook.com/beeceecode?...QjUM&tn-str=*F
I this link doesn't work, just type in "Bev Code" in the Facebook search and you should come across it.

Hello everyone...I've had just too long a hiatus. Glad to see the chatter and that Joyce Ann is back in the States and Sharon is on the mend. Lea getting some time at home, Jayne and so many of you getting more time to be creative, even if it is forced time. Looking for the silver linings in everything as we all go through this uncharted time together. I finally got a chance to get going on my scrapping. I've uploaded these two for challenges one from this month and one from last. I hope to get to scrap this week as I am taking this week as stay home vacation away from work. (I work in a hospital; so no work from home here) I'm just gonna focus on my lists of things to do and attempt to make the best of my week and leave the virus outside my house and almost more importantly outside my mind. No March goal...just going to see where I land.
Amy I am glad you are ok and having some time out. I wondered if you were working long hours at your hospital. I applaud you and healthcare workers around the world...thank you for all you do. Enjoy your time off.
I didn’t get to craft again today but hope to tomorrow. Life just seems to be busy reconnecting or connecting with family and friends at present or listening to what our PM had to say every day. We also did some chores today.
Cheryl I will look at Pinterest as I have lots I’ve pinned and never look at them. I can’t remember the last time I was on Pinterest. Thank you for that, and also others who have put some ideas forward. First though I’m doing your challenge. I have also joined a few scrapbooking sites on FB but finding it all overwhelming. I like sketches and direction rather than looking at daily posts of LO’s.
My niece had a baby yesterday in the UK and my brother and his wife can’t visit the parents or baby for 13 weeks...no one can. They managed to look at him through the window in the hospital yesterday. I’ve never known anything like this but so necessary.
Keep safe and well everyone. Hugs

Jayne, congrats to you niece and all the family for the new delivery! Not visiting for almost 3 months seems extreme. Sure hope all this will be over by then for us all.

Jayne...13 weeks? Wow...that would be difficult to not see their grandbaby. This is where the technology of FaceTime and things like that should help ease that burden. I know it's not the same, but Congratulations to them, anyway.
Thanks ladies. It is hard for them all but that’s what the UK Government has told them and they must do it.
On a brighter note, my SIL sent this to me last year and I loved it then and listened to it this morning..love it more. Enjoy

Lela, I can't comment on your VSBN thread. It says closed. Great challenges right now. Love it.
I'm just catching up on paperwork and then heading to my play room. Hugs

Jayne, what great news about the baby but sad they won’t get to go to visit for a cuddle, better be safe than sorry though and at least they can FaceTime.
I saw some ‘celebrities ‘ as they call themselves out with new born babies in busy places even last weekend, can’t they stay out of the papers for five minutes rather than risk their kids! Sad world when people can’t live their lives without constant attention.

Excited to check out the VSBN. Two more school days left this week...! And my husband is now working from home too, which is harder than any of us thought. :p But I did get two more pages in the books today! Two identical pages, one for each daughter. Yeay! The last couple days have been a struggle, but today was better for all of us. Phew.
Here is the photo that can be pulled out of a pocket on the back of the page. I didn’t put this in my gallery. Happy day

Great VSBN Challenges, Lela! Can’t wait to get done with breakfast and PT, so I can get started. PT will loosen my wrists up so I can play!
Sharon, for a moment when I saw your post, my brain reversed the letters in PT so I saw TP, and I was wondering what you were doing with the TP. Hopefully not hoarding it - LOL! Just goes to show where my big concern is these days.
Cheryl my DH says he must be a handsome fella lol...I will goggle him.
Joyce Ann, awesome LO on the sketch. I tried to comment but it threw me out lol.
I’m scrapping again later and VSN tomorrow. Keep well everyone

Tonight I played along with the VSN Challenges ;) It's going to be rainy weather here in OH so it's the perfect day to spend the entire day in the Craft room. I'd like to play along with more VSN challenges but also finish up some VSBN --- I did the first 2 I need to upload ...
Happy Saturday

You’ve all been super busy, I only managed to get in my craft room for half an hour, I went shopping so by the time I had been in line for about 45 minutes, shopped and wiped down packaging it was 3.30pm ,
we had to pay our house insurance but the office is closed, Julie sent the paperwork by email and then one paper to sign, online! Took us a while to figure it out, amazing technology, first time we’ve done it, you just type your name and a signature comes up and you could even choose the font! It just isn’t the same not going into the office as she is a lovely woman and we always enjoy having a chat with her!
Thanks sharon we are being very, very, careful. Our area is getting worse too as all the people came from Madrid to their holiday homes bringing he virus with them, so two weeks later there’s a big spike.
Oh, Jan, I am glad you are being careful. We are in the middle of the country here, and it hasn’t got bad yet, and they hope by closing everything early it slows it down. But our DDL is in NYC, isolated , working from home. I feel so sorry for her.
