Per Peggysue's request... she saw my votive holder and asked for directions... I got my directions from Labullard (thanks for the inspiration) and I modified just a bit. Anyhow.... here's my template. Have fun... Be safe...

I was just thinking, you could also use your tag punch from the tag punch kit to cut out your windows. I think I may try that later!

Hi Callie... you got that exactly right... that's what I used the Tag Punch from our kit. Absolutely easy to make.
