I made cute "nugget" pouches with a gold faux metal embellishment - and many asked for directions. (I got the idea and instructions from the Stampin' Success June 2006 demo magazine - to give credit.)

You can take ANY size square designer paper and fold it in half corner to corner (I used 6 x 6 so I could get 4 pouches from one 12 x 12 sheet). You will have a triangle and should put it on the table with the point up, folded bottom should be parallel with the front edge of the table.
Take the right corner and fold it across to the left side - not quite to the edge of the paper. The top of this folded section should be parallel / level with the bottom folded edge of the original triangle.
Take the left corner and fold it across to the right side - not quite to the edge of the paper. The top of this folded section should be parallel / level with the bottom folded edge of the original triangle.
If it is uneven, play around with the "folding across" part. You can fold the right corner across, but don't crease it. Then take the left and fold across, making sure the top of those sections are parallel to the bottom. That is what will make it even.
After you've creased those two folds, take the top corner, and fold one section (it is doubled) straight down and crease it. The remaining corner at the top can either be left alone, or folded forward or back, if you don't want it sticking up so high. It can also be a place to put an eyelet and a ribbon loop - for hanging as a surprise on someone's doorknob!
You can sort of pull the front out toward you while pressing in on the sides to open it up. It won't stand up on it's own, but is adorable and just right for putting in some Hershey's kisses or nuggets.
When in doubt, check out the pics. in my gallery, and wing it!!!
Have fun!
