I don't have a blog but if you go into my gallery the card titled "how stupid am I" has three of these daisies on it.

I just found your card, and your flowers are awesome!

Can you tell me what size crochet hook you used for these? Did you use crochet thread or yarn?
|
I'm glad to see you're going to try some daisies, I'll watch for them on the uploads. I used cotton, can't give you the size cotton as I bought one of those bags of craft cotton with all the colours in it at Michaels. The hook was a size 1.5mm, in Canada we are metric so you might call this a size 7. You'll love making these as they are fast and easy, even for a beginner like me!

Great flowers! TFS!
Can you share the link where you found the directions for the pansy? Thanks! |
Sorry, I've been out of town so couldn't respond to the request for the pansy instructions. The pansies weren't online, the instructions came mostly from a book and then were tweeked by me because the original one didn't look right. I'm going to make some more this week and this time I'll write down what I did so I can post it.

Yes your crocheted flowers are beautiful. I never had the urge to learn to crochet but seeing your flowers made me want to learn. I learned to do Macrome online so maybe I can learn to crochet too. Thanks so much :)
