IC567 - Christmas Moon by girlgeek101 at Splitcoaststampers


If so, it looks like die cuts (maybe with foam pop dots in the centers of the layers to give them the depth)
ETA but, that handwriting is all Audrie, she does pen work with nibs and calligraphy.
