Wow! Just read all the good news on the thread! How great to get one from a friend. We all need friends in our lives. And then the news of a job is always a sense of relief and new beginnings. I love happy news!

On the bright side, I was offered a job on Friday... a place that I've been applying for the last couple of years! It was a total whirlwind, one of my good friends works there and has been sitting in on interviews, taking notes for the supervisor... she texted me Monday night saying all the candidates sucked and I needed to apply asap and she was positive I'd get the job. We used to volunteer together for that same organization. We both loved it, but she was the smart one and applied for a job there in spite of the extremely low pay, while I was the dumb one and stuck with my higher paying job instead. Been miserable ever since!
I sent my resume for the millionth time it seems on Tuesday night, got an email Wednesday morning, attended 2nd interview Thursday morning (the supervisor did the process backwards because she wanted to get me in quickly!), attended 1st interview at head office Friday, morning mostly as a technicality I learned because I was offered the job less than 45 minutes after I left head office!
Really excited about the new job, but still bummed about the MISTI prize draw, LOL. Good luck everybody!!!
I have some border stamps that would look pretty stamped in different colors and in rows. Also maybe some Christmas cards. I usually make each one different but with MISTI I may consider doing five of each kind.
Picture this. I'm standing on my head and whistling Dixie. You won't believe this, but one of my bestie friends on SCS ordered me a MISTI today! So because I have one coming, I am dropping out of the competition. That will give all of you one closer step up to winning! Good luck!
I just figured out how to subscribe to a thread @ Splitcoaststampers. Duh! Kathy, that is so very thoughtful of you! And nice of you to want to share your new Misti with your crafty friends too. Nothing more fun than a new toy.
Awwww its We'dnesday morning here and I'm about to run out the door to work, sometimes I think I could just stay at home all day and craft but then reality hits.
Since I make videos - I know how much time and work they take, and I greatly appreciate it when MISTI owners make a video. It is so helpful to all the visual learners out there, especially with this tool - I think it's one of those things you have to see in action to understand how it works - so thank you for your time and effort.
Since we only had two video entries, it was too hard to choose one - so each of these ladies will be receiving a laser-etched MISTI.
