Am I the only one that doesn't see a form? LOL

muscrat 05-01-2015 02:40 PM

Do we fill in the form in your post? When I type in that form does it submit to you and not show up in the post. I've never filled out a form this way. Just want to make sure I do it right.

mm9772 05-01-2015 02:45 PM

Filled out and crossing my fingers! Good luck to everybody who entered!!

muscrat 05-01-2015 02:46 PM

Filled it out and ready to chat with my fellow MISTI lovers!

muscrat 05-01-2015 02:47 PM

Hi Maureen! Good luck to you too!

hawaiianbrat 05-01-2015 02:56 PM

Good luck everyone!!!! Awesome art posted for this contest!!!

hummingreams 05-01-2015 03:07 PM

Good luck to all that entered! It is so nice to see the inspiration here!

Dolly-scrapthat 05-01-2015 03:32 PM

Done and done. :D Good luck everyone!

mm9772 05-01-2015 03:54 PM

I'm curious - for those of you who don't have a MISTI, what do you think will be the first thing you do with it if you win? After petting it lovingly, of course! ;)

muscrat 05-01-2015 04:00 PM

After I stand on my head and whistle Dixie, I would get my wreath stamp out and make some Christmas cards! That stamp is gorgeous but it leaves holes that the Misti could fix! I might even have a Misti party and invite my cardmaking friends to come and play! I think I would also unmount my upsy daisy stamp and put it on cling mount. It was another stamp I loved but it is solid and didn't always stamp well.

hawaiianbrat 05-01-2015 05:57 PM

First thing I want to do is use my border stamps to make a background.

muscrat 05-01-2015 06:01 PM

I forgot about background stamps! Great idea!

russnzella 05-02-2015 03:20 AM

Keeping my fingers crossed... but excited for anyone who wins!

muscrat 05-02-2015 04:18 AM

Gorgeous day here in PA! Hope you are all having a great day as well!

k dunbrook 05-02-2015 04:32 AM

I am crossing my fingers, toes, everything I can cross. I think the Misti is just a fab new product. I can't stand having crooked sentiments on my cards so this is a must have for me. It would make a lot less recycling botched paper in my house too!
Thanks again, for the chance to win!!

k dunbrook 05-02-2015 04:37 AM

If I won, I want to do some multicoloured stamped bkgs.

xayide2 05-02-2015 04:51 AM

Done! I would be able to crank out so many birthday cards for my co-workers. They all really enjoy birthday cards from me.

I think it would also be amazing for doing wedding invites.

dapperdoxie 05-02-2015 05:19 AM

I'd learn to use the new stamps I got that stack...haven't tried with my blocks yet, but kinda scared to. LOL I will though...but the misty would make it easier! Plus, I'd enjoy stamping a lot more knowing if it didn't stamp right, I could easily re-ink and do it again instead of starting over with new paper. Maybe I'll get better as I get more used to stamping...but it would be nice to not have to worry about it...especially the word stamps! :-))

lesleybd 05-02-2015 05:45 AM

I would like to try making some sets of cards to give as gifts. I saw Jennifer McGuire doing this with the Misti and it looked like fun!

May I ask if the winner is going to be drawn at random or is it based on our cards?

Lesley

I am not very good at waiting patiently... I hope they post the results early. I do have to post something sweet in the catagory of "count your blessings". We have always been able to buy "reasonable" things since both my DH and I worked - my craft supplies, an occasional family dinner out, and normal stuff that teenage boys use. Since DH lost his job 15 months ago, all extras are out of the budget. Both of my sons are full time students and work 20 hrs a week. They know I entered this contest and I overheard them discussing how they could but the MISTI for me for either Mother's day or my birthday. They don''t have a lot of faith in contests. I count my blessings everyday.... but I did tell them that I would be furious if they spend a penny of their work money on me. Wishing everyone hood luck.

tinyfeet 05-02-2015 06:08 AM

Just entered. I would use my MISTI to stamp a bunch of similar cards, to build up my stash for times when I don't have time to stamp due to my work schedule.

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE.

peeps321 05-02-2015 06:28 AM

Crossing my fingers...I know my stamping would get faster..things would be straighter..I wouldn't waste as much paper...and I'm sure I'd learn lots of new techniques!

muscrat 05-02-2015 10:17 AM

Wish we could all win! It seems we each love it and it would be so much easier on our stamping. I'm thinking it would help with my arthritis because the pressure would get more evenly spread out than if I were stamping one small stamp. I wouldn't have to grip a block! :p

k dunbrook 05-02-2015 01:22 PM

I guess we all know how useful the Misti would be to us!!!

k dunbrook 05-02-2015 01:22 PM

The more videos I see, the more I want one!

muscrat 05-02-2015 02:19 PM

Lydia did a tutorial this past week using it!

FrackyBear 05-02-2015 02:23 PM

I would like to thank all the ladies for such a lovely welcome to SCS. I am still trying to find my feet, but from what I've seen already, it's a great place to be. Looking forward to getting to know you all better. I would love a MISTI but as I am not in the US I probably don't stand much of a chance.

muscrat 05-02-2015 02:28 PM

I want to do this:

You Rock by MeganBeth - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers

Dragonwold 05-02-2015 04:06 PM

Filled out the form - good luck everyone - but I sure would love to win one. I could think of many ways to use a Misti.

muscrat 05-02-2015 04:32 PM

Its been a long day. I've been cleaning house in between checking in on SCS.

gomatt17 05-02-2015 05:48 PM

I filled out the form. Now the hard part waiting. Some things in life are worth waiting for. Good luck to everyone.

muscrat 05-02-2015 05:51 PM

You're right, the waiting is the hard part! LOL

muscrat 05-02-2015 06:25 PM

Good night fellow MISTI enthusiasts! I'm heading to bed with dreams of straight stamp lines and fully stamped images! Will check in tomorrow and chat!

k dunbrook 05-02-2015 07:19 PM

It is very hard to wait but worth it!

stampindoe 05-02-2015 10:31 PM

I filled out the form and submitted it. Good Luck to everyone who enters.
I've been wanting a MISTI like everyone else on this thread.
Thanks to MtSweetPetnia for a fun contest.

k dunbrook 05-03-2015 04:56 AM

hummingreams 05-03-2015 06:18 AM

I think I have become obsessed with MISTI because I woke up thinking about it! Have a great Sunday!
