Default Stabilo All Pencil

I've seen several MM artists using the Stabilo All pencil. Do you know if this is the same as the General Black Scribe All pencil?

Sorry I don't have either and haven't seen them being used in person. I have wondered about the Stabilo black pencil as like you I see it being used in video's all the time.

Anyone care to enlighten us?!

I too am looking for an answer to this question, as the Stabilo pencils are hard to find, and the General pencils are easier to find in stores. So far I've only been able to find the Stabilo pencils online.

They are easy to find on ebay. You just have to look for a good price. They are basically a watercolor pencil.

I've been using the Generals and it appears they are the same thing. Thanks for the responses.
