This week's challenge is to glam up your watercolors, with sparkle! Anything that sparkles is fair game!

This is such a fun challenge, and it dove-tails nicely with DTGD on several challenges! I'm not a big fan of glitter if I can't carefully contain the outbreak, but I really did have fun dressing this one up. Fun challenge, Anna!

There is a first time for everything. I did a watercolor, in one color ha ha .. and while it was wet I sprinkled white glitter onto it. It looks better IRL. But I am pleased with it! My Free for All challenge, called for stripes. Great couple of challenges!

Ah - I wondered about Twinkling H2Os. And then I decided it would too much work to take a photo to show the "twink".
So I used my Winsor & Newton AWCs on this and added Stickles.
I also used distress inks and homemade mister, so I've well mixed my media.

I spritzed my water color scene with Tsukineko Sheer Shimmer Spritz. Love this stuff!

I am not sure if I will have time to play along in this challenge, but wanted to share a card I created Monday using this same technique! I had NEVER done this before and had so much fun playing with the watercolor paints (I cheated and used the kids Crayola watercolors My card has stickles glitter throughout (though it is hard to see in this particular photo) and has glittery frantage at the base. I am not tagging this card since it was created after the challenge posted. I do appreciate anyone taking the time to look at it.
