Ever wonder why our school pencils are yellow? According to most stories, it’s a result of a clever marketing gimmick. Whatever the reason, we’re going to get our pencils and use them on our MIX project today.

Challenge: Use a plain old #2 pencil on your project as one of your mediums…add it to inks, sprays, paint, chalk, pastels, etc

Remember to use two or more mediums on your card.

I saw the early post and thought bummer, it's nearly time to leave for work and I'll only want to go to bed when I get home.
Then a message came in that we had been advised not to travel in to work because of the (highly exceptional) rioting in Dublin centre last night. So yay - I get to make a card! Although I think it was an excessive reaction, I'll take it...
