Sometimes I struggle to figure out what my challenge will be and sometimes the challenge finds me. The second one is what happened this week. Because of life circumstances I haven’t crafted like I have in years past. In fact I don’t think I have stamped for several months. Not to say I haven’t created, but that I have been doing more of my original artwork and watercolor painting. How my challenge found me was when I went to make my project this week I couldn’t find any stamp pads. I know they are in the mess I call my craft room. So for my example project I still stamped. I just used crayola markers on my stamp. It gave me a rough outline that I could then watercolor. I made a video to share some photos of the progress.
Some other ways you could make a card without using your stamp pad is to use patterned paper or die cuts. I’m sure you will all come up with some really creative projects.

Posting early because I have a full day tomorrow accompanying some high school vocal students at a competition. My crafting time has greatly been reduced because of the time I have invested in practicing the piano. But I have been enjoying it. I will check in when able to answer questions and comment.
