The gallery is already looking very Spring like with its pastel colors and hopping bunnies. :p It's a sunny day here in MN right now although the temp is only about 21, high of 30? later...windy, too...might be too cold for a walk.
Speaking of walks, about 2 days ago I was walking on a path near the Mississippi..one of my fav spots, when two turkeys just popped up from the banks and walked with me...Amazingly they kept to the social distancing mandate and stayed 6 ft in front of me!! :lolo: I wonder how they knew... |
What fun with the turkeys. I've only ever seen them in Greece. Just home from work and probably ready for a nap, but I'll definitely be along tomorrow. I like the yellow and blue colours of the early Spring flowers, daffs, forsythia, celandine, scilla, I'll probably let that inspire me because I don't often put them together. Great theme. Walking along the river before work this morning I watched a cormorant in breeding plumage fly along, and enjoyed the cherry blossoms in front of the train station and thought it's good to be alive, in spite of all that's going on.

What a terrific challenge! We are currently weathering the pandemic in the Colorado mountains and have had snow the past two days. I love snow but am ready for rain instead! It will be fun to create some colorful spring things. I am challenging myself to use stamps that haven’t seen ink.

A great theme to help cheer us up as we keep our social distance! here's my watery tulip! https://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/2974703?&cat=500&ppuser=93535

Polly, perfect challenge. We were at 80 degrees yesterday. Rain today and back to 61 tomorrow, I believe. Then, next week back to 70's and maybe an 80 late in the week. March is iffy. :)

it's so nice to be thinking of spring these days - we are currently 12 above (54 F) today and with the rain, the snow is melting fast!! I'm all for it lol. This is my card for the challenge:

Not very pleasant here in WI today. Some blue sky but terribly windy and raw. That's spring for us...changeable!

Hello
Very fun challenge- I colored up these cute gnomes, I cannot find where this image is from (stamped or digi- no clue). I have a stack of images on my desk to color...…

Back to the kitchen, trying to replenish the freezer with meals to go as I took out the last chilli yesterday. Thanks for a fun challenge, Polly. |
Thank you Polly for this fitting challenge and segue for my return to the gallery. Here is my Kindness in Chaos.

I noticed several clumps of blooming daffodils on my walk today, but mine are still just leaves. Here is my card.

MIX373 - Tiptoe through the tulips was a concept I had been wanting to do for a while. Using torn pages from a book which was being turned into a junk journal combined with tulips, the epitome of spring! Thanks for looking.

Hooray for Spring and for time to join in the challenges. Here’s mine. |
Thanks for this great challenge- here is my card:

Here is my card featuring flowers, which is a sure sign of spring: June Brings a Birthday for Sister-in-Law #2! Mediums: pigment ink (edge distressing); Acrylic Glaze (flower centers) + additional glitter. |
