Challenge:Ransom Note Keywords: MIX351 Your creativity has been kidnapped. There are no shell casings, footprints, fingerprints... the only clue is a Ransom Note. You know the kind where words are not written but cut out of different sources, like magazines and newspapers and books. That is my challenge for you today. Put some kind of message on your card using words cut from different stamp sets. For my example I used 5 different sets. I stamped the sentiments and cut them out. I suppose you could mask and try to directly stamp, but I do think cutting them out makes it look even more like a Ransom Note. The rest of your card should have some mixed media on it. All that means is you use more than one medium. I used water color, gel pen, acrylic paint and colored pencils on my card. Tell us what you use on your card because it is always fun to be inspired and as players of the challenge, you inspire the hostesses. Make sure you use the keyword MIX351 when you post your card so it will show up in the right gallery so we can comment on it. Complete this challenge, and your creativity might return. Fun - but it took me a while to find a set which included "wishing" rather than wish or wishes. Bonus, two less leftovers on my desk.

Finally had time to do this challenge. I have been wanting to do it since I saw the "Ransom Note" technique this morning. Very fun.

This was a fun challenge. My ransoms note words came from a variety of stamp sets, rub ons and one hand printed word.
