Ready for the next Mix-Ability challenge?!! We hope you're having fun with these! Our goal is to make mixed media, easy, approachable and FUN! We want to convince you that no matter what your style is - you can DO it!
This week your challenge is to use paint, soft pencil, chalks or gesso, whatever you have on hand, to create a frame around your focal point but smear and smudge it on!
I like to use my finger for control, but you can add color medium of choice to a paper towel or sponge and smear it on!
Please remember to put in the correct keyword (MIX19) when uploading your image. Copying and pasting the challenge keyword is recommended to be sure to get it into the gallery. Then come back to this thread and paste a link to the card in your gallery so we can have a look-see!
Jeanne and Dina have some fabulous samples to inspire you with this challenge. Thanks ladies!

Great samples as always and another fun challenge that was perfect as I'd just picked up some paint daubers yesterday! Smudged Bots I had a hard time taking pictures of these cards-the stickers are a bit glossy and the paints more matte and for some reason my camera has a hard time with Poppy! __________________

Wow you girls ALWAYS amaze me.. You get your challenges done so fast.. I know there is a time change and you get yours first but it always surprises me find so many done already.. It is great to see them all though... Great challenge and will try to get mine done this week end.....

ACK! I lost access to the internet yesterday, or I would have had this sample ready to go sooner! I loved playing with my paint and inks. So thankful to have this challenge, and to be part of the crew!!

I love it when I can combine challenges - a rare thing for me. Brenda's (Tessaduck) VSN-M challenge was about water, so I decided to use Gelatos. Then I remembered that Mix19 was about smudging. I did a lot of smudging on this card.
Water Mix
This is mixed media with stamped and sponged ink, Gelatos, Copics, and Stickles. Loved using my fingers! __________________
