Default Paper and Paper scraps

WHEW! It has about taken me all day to figure out how to put attachmens on. Here they are! I love my paper storage....I've had it like this for probably 2 years. One reason I like it so much is that when I go away to scrapbook, it's easy enough to load them up in the car!
I have one bucket with things in color order, one bucket with things in theme order, one bucket of 8 1/2 X 11, one bucket of Stampin Up with the different color families, and one bucket of a variety of paper stacks.
I have these 2 plastic boxes for my scraps. One for solid color, and they are in color order, and one for printed scraps and there is no order to that! I have a couple more pics I willpost after thi message. By the way, I got the plastic "buckets" from the container store. They almost look like they will fit a hanging file folder, but they are actually slightly wider than a hanging folder.
I hope everyone is having a great day!

nice storage. I really like the plastic buckets. I went from having paper flat in paper shelves to something similar to yours. Mine is in rolling crates with sections like what you have. It is so much better and easier to fine what I want than when I used the flat shelves. Thanks for posting pictures. ... i haven't learned to do that!

I have something very similar, only it's a cardboard type box instead of plastic. Also from the Container Store. What are the interior folders you are using? I've been using plain manilla folders, but I like the clear ones you have.

I really like those plastic containers....where did you get them? I was going to do the magazine holders, but then remembered that my 12 x 12 won't fit.

I love those interior folders, too! Are they from the Comtainer Store as well?? I would love to get my scraps better organized! I love what you have done....

My biggest "problem" is that I like to have my scraps in front of me for quick reference...and I mean RIGHT in front of me. If I neatly store them away, even in clear boxes, I'm not getting the mental "ping" that tells me that particular scrap is perfect for my current project. Out of sight, out of mind.
I have several bins of scraps that I keep telling myself will come in handy...when I am patient enough to trudge through them!
