Are you looking for a recommendation by someone who has purchased some, or just in general? If just in general, if you google "12x12 ziplock bags" a ton will pop up.
I used record alblum collector covers for my 12x12 papers. They are opened on top, but give me organization and easy access. I store paper in drawers. Open end to the back, label in right bottom corner to shuffle through. I bought them at a hobby booth at an antique market. I keep cut pieces (scraps) right in the same slip sheet so I do not cut another is there is a piece I can use. Before when I had more counter room, They were stored upright in holders. The labels were at top. Using return address labels, clear or white that can be peeled from the plastic makes changing systems easy.
They also have binder sheets of all kinds and I Used the paper money size for my border embossing folder, 2 or 4 to a page for dies storage, 6 or 9 to a page for brads, rhinestones, pearls and other loose bling in zip lock bags, etc. all are archival so I feel so they are safe for my stuff. I could not get top loading ones for my stamps , so I use brands from office stores for them.
