Storing Refills for Alcohol Markers

I have the complete set of Spectrum Noir markers and am trying to figure out how to store the refills for them. I need some ideas! 😉

Are the refills 1/2 ounce bottles, like what most companies offer? If so, there are many container options on the market. Amazon has plastic bins designed to hold 1/2 ounce bottles, and there are Tim Holtz tins available from several sources. If you like the Sterlite-type stacking drawers, one drawer, size 8.5 x 11, will hold approximately 60, maybe more. Also, look for boxes you might otherwise throw away. Lots of boxes are the right height. Label the top of the caps with circles punched from white cardstock with a standard hole punch, attached with sticky dots, colored with the matching ink. Your biggest investment will be your time.

No, they are 30 ml and the bottles are too high for many of those containers.

I have refills for some of my spectrum noirs, tho not all. I got a very large cookie tin at a thrift store which accommodates the tall refills and then covered it with rainbow dp. I store it behind the markers which are on a deep shelf. The height of the refills does make storage a challenge.

I too have the complete set of Spectrum Noir markers. And all the refills. I purchased ArtBins brand containers and they work perfectly. I’ll see if I can find a link and post here.

OK, can’t figure out how to paste the link, but it’s ArtBin Super Satchel Double Deep Storage Container with 8 compartments. I love that it has a handle. It works perfectly and stores a lot. I think I needed 3.
