I currently have the larger ones in a tackle box and the smaller ones in a divided organizer (Basics Box - Paper Craft). But it's just not working for me.
Before I got rid of all of them (never was happy with the results when I used them) I got tired of digging through containers, so I impaled them in stacks on craft foam and stuck them in a drawer:
If you wanted to, you could do the same thing on a bulletin board or something so you'd see them all the time...
I LOVE looking a the flowers and always want them on display. I store in glass jars mainly and overflow usually get stored in recycled plastic fruit containers. The ones that your strawberries or blueberries come in. I clean them out and then separate flower colors and store stacked up on a shelf.
I am a sort-by-color person and so I store my flowers in the Iris Photo box with 16 cases. It keeps them all in order but not on display. I was able to find mine at Michaels, but it seems like I have also seen them at JoAnn Fabrics.
I currently have them in large Glass storage Jars..but hate digging through them to find what i want. I need to store them by color. Thinking on what would work to take up less space.
Thanks for the ideas.

My husband used to collect autographed hockey pucks and kept them in square holders that were just the depth of a hockey puck. When he decided he wanted to display the pucks in large cases he had all these puck holders left. I thought they would be a great way to store my flowers so I took them and did just that. I have the flowers sorted by colours and since they are clear and stack so well I put them in shallow rectangular baskets I got at the dollar store and I set the holders in the baskets on their ends and sat the baskets on top of each other in my cupboard. Quick and easy to see them!!

This is a great idea. I like how visual it is.
Thanks

I make one-of-a-kind photo albums for shows and special orders. I always make more flowers than I use...makes it so easy to throw together a fast card when needed. Anyway, all my extra blooms are stored in color labeled photo storage (chipboard) boxes purchased at a stupid cheap price from Michael's. True, not a colorful display, but does make for a rather impressive collection neatly stacked on top of a couple of cabinets. Works for me!
Haven't spent a penny for flower storage.
I use the clear containers from fruit such as grapes, strawberries or cherry tomatoes.
Great size and they don't take much room when placed on top of each other.
