The Jetmax 4 drawer cube fits most 6 x 6 pads. I use this to store my Basic Grey, SU!, Bo Bunny, and Kaiser pads. The only ones that I own that don't fit into these drawers are the Cosmo Cricket mini deck, and SEI 6 x 6 pads.

I found some empty boxes from Costco that held the bottles of epsom salts. They are just perfect for the paper. I have filed them with dividers and you can just finger through them. Also the picture boxes that M's sells would work for this. I keep them right by my desk so I have my design paper right at hand to work with.
I keep mine in a CD storage shelf. You can see it in this picture on the left hand side. The shelves are adjustable so I can fit my 6x6 pads as well as the 8x8. (You can see the 8x8 on the top shelves.)
You can find other shelves wider, taller, different color, etc. I needed one that would fit in that specific spot and I wanted white to match my Jetmax cubes. That was pretty much the ONLY one I could find that would fit where I needed it to. If I don't slow down, I may need to find the floor space for the 80" tall one. :p
I just use baskets and put my 6x6 or 8x8 paper pads in them. Then I can flip through them to find what collection I want to use. Been storing them this way for a couple years now and it works well for me.
I use mrechandise display risers - you see in the lower left corner of the picture. I turn them upside down and they work great and they are affordable.

Yes! I was just going to post exact thing when I read your comment!!
I wish I could stand the CC pads on end, like all the others... but noooooo, they have to lay down flat in the drawer. *groan!*
They fit perfectly in toy bins! I used to use a toy bin unit I altered for my room. When I moved rooms, I purchased a piece from Hobby Lobby that works beautifully too. Here are both links so you can see what might work best for you.

I have a very small stamping area so limited space! I went vertical and have mine all lined up with the spine facing out. In order to keep track of all patterned paper pads (12x12, 8x8 and 6x6), I have written the name on the (glued) spine side in sharpie. I write the brand and the title on each. This works really well for me! That way I know which is which without having to take them all out.
