I know we could use them when I lived in Germany on Post. I am not sure if it is the same on post state side. I will ask someone today! WOW! I did not know there was this mesage thing like this...I was looking for something and found your 3 day old message...weird!

Hi Crystal - its been a while since we have talked! I have a quick question and I thought you might know the answer.

I have heard that military families can use expired coupons on the base as long as they are not over 6 months old. I have a bunch that just expired and I was wondering if you knew anybody that might like to have them. If you would like them, I will send them to you, but if you don't and know where I could send them, that would be great.
