My root canals are still in my mouth. 1 is over 25 yrs old. I did have one repaired 3 yrs ago, stii intact with the temp filling. I hope they gave you antibiotics for your infected tooth. I am surprised they pulled it. The dentist I go to will not pull a tooth until you have been on antibiotics for 7 days. They find it safer to get rid of the infection.
