IC577 - Conference Attire {12-24-16}
Happy Holidays! I hope your home is filled with hot chocolate or warm egg nog this weekend, and that the weather outside is exactly as white as you'd like it to be, as you snuggle up with family and friends! As for me, I've been getting ready for the adventures to come in 2017 (which I believe will be an awesome year)! Lately, I've been thinking about business attire for winter travels, and trying to be frugal because we are moving into the new home soon. So, I started my Conference Attire Pinterest Board, intending to find warm ideas, and a few mix and matchables for business casual, but I totally got carried away! So, I'd like to invite you to be inspired by my clothing frenzy and to make a paper gift, greeting card, gift tag, or a wrapped gift design that carries something from an image on the Conference Attire Pinterest Board. Please don't forget to incorporate your own unique style (pun intended)!
My winter white card
Challenge Goals:
Please don't be tempted to upload a card that you have made prior to this challenge, just because an image on the board reminds you of it. :cool: Rather, take the challenge of allowing your creative juices to flow based on your impressions when you look through the images. Remember, it can just be the color palette or style that ignites your creativity. Whatever draws you to the designs, take the challenge of doing something uniquely inspired today.
Please remember that all inspiration links should be inspired by images from my Conference Attire Pinterest Board, and I'm hoping to post at least 5 inspiration genius awards too!
Use the keyword: IC577 (no spaces or extra characters) when you upload your card, and make sure you put commas between your key words.

For those of you who say you get overwhelmed with having too many images to choose from, I've uploaded 10 of my favorites below. So just stick with one (or all) of those for your inspiration. Click on the images below to see them bigger and to get their links on SCS. Don't forget to let us know which photo served as your inspiration piece please.
How to Play ~ View the attached images. You may be inspired to recreate the pieces ~ but that isn't necessary ... get your inspiration from the colors, layout, style or 'theme'. Just enjoy wherever your inspired creative journey takes you. Remember, if you are inspired by the creation of another artist, please do not use print-outs of the art in your creation or directly copy their work. Make the inspiration piece your own. Don't worry ~ no card is 'wrong' and there is no time limit for uploading your card for the challenge. There are no rules, so let your creative juices run wild ~ be *inspired* and go get stamping!
Don't forget about No Upload Sunday - Let's give the gallery moderators a day off and not upload on Sunday (unless, of course, you are a Fan Club member - yet another reason to spend a little money on your favorite site). Also, remember to link to your SCS gallery on this thread. Thank you for joining me on this inspiration journey.

Audrie- LOVED your pinterest board! I was immediately inspired by your cozy pajama set with its red, brown and cream color scheme- re-purposed a friend's greeting card, windowpane style- adding a "suede" and ribbon treatment for my sentiment tag. Finished with a brown baker's twine and filmy ribbon tie duo. Here's cozy holiday __________________

Audrie- doubly inspired today! Loved your gold/red/green inspiration piece and used 2 re purposed holiday cards for my paper pieced creation. Added a red and gold wired ribbon border.
