I chose the Rue St. Honore candlesticks for my inspiration. The ornate carving on the white was so striking and the pale green candles really caught my eye.

The card is very basic....I had been hoarding the embossed paper for some time and decided now was the time to use some of it on this inspiration. It basically needed nothing else, I thought; however, I did add sheer ribbon on the side.

I had so much fun with this challenge! What a fabulous choice. I think Ms. Bowles must be a stamper in her spare time; every single one of her designs made me think of stamps that are either in my cabinet or on my wish list.

I didn’t stop with the "Beach Cottage" dinner collection. I also made cards that were inspired by the “Four Calling Birds”, “King’s Road”, “La Petite Black Dress”, and “Soiree Parisienne” collections.
