HI,
I am pretty new to this site, but i am learning and have even posted a few cards, however, I would like to add a picture to my profile, and I keep getting an "invalid file" message. Can someone tell me what i am doing wrong? I am so excited to be a part of all the creative people here. Thanks,

You're probably either trying to 1) upload a picture that is too big or 2) upload an unacceptable type of file. I honestly can't remember what type isn't ok though. I know jpeg is, I'm thinking maybe wbm isn't...are those the right letters?...Ok, sorry, that probably didn't help at all. Maybe someone else will do better! lol
Ok, let me try.
Click on your name in the right upper corner. Your profile will come up. There on the left side is the "control Panel" go 7 lines down and you'll see "Edit Profile Picture" click on it and you should be able to select a picture from you computer.
Hope this helps

The maximum size of your custom image is 80 by 80 pixels or 15.6 KB (whichever is smaller). This means you're image needs to be pretty small when viewed at 100%. As long as you have a photo editing program you can reduce your image, cropping is always a good idea too. But make sure you are uploading a .jpg image. Other than that I can't imagine why your having so much trouble? Hope this helps!
