SBDC11 September 8, 2006 It is time for a review...You guessed it I am challenging you to go back through the previous SBDC challenge's, pick out a Diva's sketch to CASE, and make an SB page. Tell us who it is that you have CASE'd and possibly share a link to the inspiring page.
We have had several Diva's now and I think it is high time we reviewed them all.
Here's a link to theSBDC LIST of past challenge's provided by ZZZach'smom (Janna). I have also provided a link to the awesome ONE PAGE WONDER put together by Salster (Sally Sue) & mom2triplets (Laura).
NOTE: Thank You so much for all the sweet and thoughtful birthday wishes ladies. You are all a very special part of my life and I am so blessed to know you and be able to call you my friends.
SO SORRY TODAY'S CHALLENGE WAS POSTED LATE... I am coordinating a HUGE event this weekend and I have been prepping for it all week! Today of course was the last day to tie up all the loose ends. Hugs and Have a fabulous weekend!
PLEASE don't forget about the NO UPLOAD's on SUNDAY RULE. Please use SBDC11 when you upload your pages for this challenge. FEEL free to combine other challenge's with this one... you will have to highlight the note below to read it (and believe me you will want to READ IT): BE A FABULOUS DRAWING ANNOUNCEMENT...but you must participate in this week's Challenge's to qualify...AT LEAST TWO OUT OF THE THREE...and since last week no one participated in the Theme Challenge...I encourage you to do so this week and every week thereafter. lol

Ooohhh... I've already scoped out a layout from one of the Diva's... can't wait to work on it tonight. I have the perfect picture to scrap and I hope I can do it justice!

glad you liked it. That card just jumped out at me when I was looking for some inspiration and knew I had to do something with it. As we say "inspiration can be anywhere!" (((Hugs)))

Hi Joyce! Come and scrap in the challenges - you'll get a lot done! and fun stuff, too. There are three different scrapbooking challenges and they are all posted on Fridays. The sketch challenges (SBSC), the diva challenges (SBDC) and the theme challenges (SBTC) The SBSC is just what it sounds like - sketches. The SBDC is where we use the 'diva' of the week's gallery or certain pages to inspire us to create a page or even case one of her pages. The SBTC is a them, trick or technique to use on your page.
THIS week, the diva challenge, SBDC11, is to use one of the pages of one of the past 9 diva's to inspire you. There is a link in the OP to a document of ALL the past challenges. The SBDC document has all the past divas.

Thanks Mary for the response. I've picked a page and I am recopying some old photos now. I'll not be done with it in time to upload tonight, so Monday will be the day! Maybe I can do more by then!!
SHEESH!!! Talk about doing some research here!!:rolleyes: I will need to look back at all these awesome sketches again? The hard part will be picking one out to do!! There are too many that I'd like to case...but with MY time....I'll have to pick out just ONE!!! I'll see what I can do!

I am having problems. I forgot I can't scan a 12 x 12 and my camera has a dead battery. My daughter's camera isn't working well for some reason, but we took a pic anyway. On the home page here I can't upload. Error message. I'll try later.
Joyce.. I am so glad you posted! I loved your layout, it looked like a fun way to scrap alot of pics. I went to the gallery that you used for the layout cased and when viewed the link, was awestruck by starofmay's gallery. Thanks for sharing!
