Bellows Falls is off I91 Exit 5 (1/2hr from Greenfield, MA, 55 min from Leominster, MA, 15 min from Keene, NH, 40 min from W. Lebanon, NH, 30 min from Ludlow, VT, 60 min from Rutland, VT)
Please let SBN know you are coming or PM me so that we can tell them how many of us are coming so tables and chairs can be ready.
I'm in no way connected to SBN, they just offered to let us come and meet there. :-D

I'll check my calendar! I live pretty far north in VT so I might need to spend the night (any good hotels in the area?). I've never been to Scrapbook Nook - sounds like fun!
yea me either. I don't think they will let us come to crop unless we have at least 3 people. Its just not worth it to them employee cost wise. Its too bad. I'll keep my fingers crossed for a couple more people.

I just got an email from them and they need at least 3 people or they will need to cancel the crop as they have to pay an employee for the hours from 6 to midnight. I have emailed a number of SCS'rs as well as non SCS'rs but no takers so far.

Hi Lori - We need to let them know by tomorrow if we have a third. I was really hoping we could get some SCS'rs together especially since this time of year we don't have to fight VT snow! LOL

It doesn't look like I can make it... I'm so bummed! There are just too many issues (2 hours away, costs $$ to stay overnight, no one to watch my son, etc) for me right now. Will you do it again? Keep me posted, I am interested in meeting up some other time.
yea i know i dont get it either. i'm a bit bummed. maybe in fall when less people are on vacation. will post to this thread in fall with a new proposed date.
