Hi, new to this thread. I live in Madison but used to live in Wausau & Mosinee, and worked in Schofield at L & S Electric. That was a lifetime ago! Just thought I'd pop in and say HI.

Bump! I gotta get busy and send in my registration!
On an only slightly related note - does anyone know if there is going to be a shoebox in Milwaukee next month? I remember it being mentioned at the Madison event but haven't seen anything so far. October is a long time to wait - I need something in between! LOL!

Thank you for the compliment, schrades!
BTW, I finally joined Sam's Club just to see if they still had the Hershey's Cherry Cordial Kisses available, and THANK GOD ALMIGHTY they did!! I picked up a few bags (really...I did leave a few on the shelf...) and am blissfully enjoying them. Not sure if there will be any left by October, though...so I'll have to think of some other treats to bring along.

Try this: Right click on the Word icon, and select "save target as." Then, save the document to your C: drive or your desktop. Once it's saved, open it from the location where you saved it.
Hopefully that will work--but if not, let us know!

I think you just fill a shoebox(or larger) with stamp sets people are done with, ribbons, etc...odds and ends, and you mail it to each other. You can take a couple things and put a couple things in and mail it on....

On second thought, that could get very tricky with the value of the sets, etc..people taking more that others. I don't know....it sounds kind of fun. But what you do, is swap cards...I get it now...

I was thinking that it might be more of a 'progressive swap' kind of thing...where one person starts a project, and then the next person adds to it, and then sends it to another person, who adds something else to the project...but maybe that kind of swap is called something else?
I'm just glad it's Friday and time for VSN!!
