Hey Girl's I have stated a new thread for this, we are looking at April and getting some date's together please let me know so far we have the 9th and the 16th

Well girl's I could not get the 9th so we had to go with the 16th of
april, I hope everyone can make it then. I have attached the form for you all to fill out and it an all occasion theam. so get your forms in early. I will keep you posted.

Anytime is fine with us! Woo hoo! I've got spring fever. It's been warm enough the past couple of days to sit in my craft room - but I hate to have to haul everything from the house back in there, only to bring it back in the house when it get's colder... if it get's colder.

Hi Ladies! I could make it on the 9th but not the 16th. I hope I get to see you all!
Well, we have to have Joann with us so I'm changing my vote to the 9th. That way Pamela can spend quality time with her DH on their anniversary on the 16th.
Well girls I have not heard from the lady yet but I am going to try for the 9th since that has been the best date for everyone, and let's go with the all occasion card's and 3D will be if you like too. I will let you know as soon as I hear from her, let's hope by tomorrow. Then I will attach the form to be filled out so you can send it to me. will keep you posted.

I should be able to come! Talked to my boss and he did not see a problem with letting me off. I will be sending in the form next week. I will not be doing the 3D swap and don't know what I will bring for food but I will bring something!
Also, if anyone wants to bring any cards or card fronts for Operation Write Home, I will be glad to mail them with mine. Just a reminder: no glitter, please! It get on the soliders clotes and can be picked up by night goggles. (Vicky can tell you that stuff get EVERYWHERE!)

I don't know I hope no one is upset that I started this spring card thing I tried to get ahold of Beth a few times but we have 7 people so far and I sent emails too it will be fun though

I am really, really, really looking forward to it. I have tried contacting Beth, too. I hope she is OK and not sick or anything. The last post I saw indicated she was very busy with volleyball and a new business so maybe she just does not have the time anymore.
I don't know if Vicky has contacted you or not, but she has another crafting event that weekend and has already turned in her money or she would be on your list!

I am SO sorry - but we will not make it to this swap. Danielle's boyfriend (of two years) is still in school, he's a senior ~ and he decided he wants to go to his prom, which is on that day. I just found out last night. So Mom, Danielle and I won't be able to make it. I am so sorry... I look forward to this so much. But Danielle says that she needs me on that day. It is nice to still be needed by a teenager - I know that probably won't last long - so I'm taking all I can while I can.
I do know that I will be at the next one for sure!! Nothing will stop me then.
Sorry to back out everyone - please understand.

Oh ladies - this is such a disappointment to me - have been waiting to respond to this thread - but had some business at church I had to find dates on first.... Well, I found out at meeting that our church spring tea is scheduled for same day as this swap -- I am obligated to this project - soooo
I will be unable to attend. As I look thru threads, looks like several have conflicts also.
Lori - :o I know how hard it is to get a date for everyone but maybe, pretty please, we could change this to a later date? Although third saturdays of every month is filled for me with Stampin'Up! workshops I have scheduled.
Betty, I was thinking the same thing too, to maybe change the date. Even though Lori checked with everyone on dates before checking availability, it seems like people are having something come up where they can't make it.
Lori, I know it's a lot to ask, but could we maybe look at different dates, perhaps later in the month? Maybe we'd get more people that way.
I know Lori I am a little bummed about it. I so look forward to these gatherings - no I don't get out much �
Maybe with all the people who can't attend we can get started on a date for the summer one? This far in advance maybe if we knew the date people would be able to make plans for sure.
I will be there in spirit though...

Well, for whatever reason, I didn't get notification of the new thread, so I missed all of the discussions about the April dates. I've read all of the posts in this thread & as Pam said I wouldn't have been able to make the April date since I already have a "paid" event on the date, so I'm really happy that you're changing the date.
I've checked my May availability and due to Birthday's & Graduations - the only date that I have available is 5/21. I'll wait to hear what date you select.
