Default Registration form

Cathy, good morning. I have just returned from vacation, it was great. I am having trouble printing from my laptop, and my desktop is a MAC, so I can't print Word documents. Would you like me to hand write the registration form and get it to you in the mail, or I could wait a few more days and print it at work. I think my laptop is dying a not so slow death. I see a new one in my near future . Doesn't good for my stamping budget. Lynn

Thanks Mary. We did have a lot of fun, but did not bring back a lot of cash Out to shop for a new laptop today, or possibly see if having the old one fixed would be worth it. Then lots more post vaca errands. Maybe get some stampin done before Monday Night Football.

Have a great day everyone.

Thanks, ladies, for putting your checks in the mail. I'll let you know when they arrive. Lynn, if you'd just want to write your SCS name, your email address and phone number on a sticky note or small piece of paper, and enclose it with your check, that'll be fine. Or, if you want to print the form at work, that'll be ok too. Please do whatever's easiest - we still have plenty of time Thanks, everyone - I'm looking forward to our swap! Cathy

Default Going postal

Cathy, my computer issue seems to be solved, for now. 16 hours of work restoring the software and then updating everything (painful). But it is working and I didn't have to buy a new one. Yeah for my stamping budget Anyway, my payment is going postal today. Thanks. Lynn

Sharon - I found your payment in the mailbox today - was simply too tired yesterday to even check my mail (it's a long walk down the driveway...) Thanks for the cute card - I can so relate to the sentiment! See you soon, Cathy

Default Good morning everyone

Good morning everyone,

Beautiful fall day.

Mary, your sister-in law Loretta is a nurse isn't she? I used to work with her somewhere (Hopkins, maybe)? It will be great to see her again .

Have a great day everyone.

Yes, she is a nurse her family moved to the Eastern Shore over 15 years ago. They now live in Salisbury and she works for the hospital there. I was telling her about shoebox swaps and she was interested in coming. I will let her know that she will know someone there.

Default We're full!

Thanks for the latest sign-ups! I've added Loretta M, Pat, MaryHelen, and Lori to the list, and we're all filled up We now have two Lorettas and two Loris - go figure!!

Please stand by everyone, we may have one more person. Karen (ISPY 30) contacted me at work yesterday and asked if she could bring a friend. Since I don't have access to the Internet at work, and I thought we still had room, I told her OK. If she confirms that her friend (another first time shoebox swapper!) would like to join us, I'd like to honor my commitment to Karen. That'll bring us to 26, but then we'll hold at that number, and I'll start a waiting list if necessary. Hopefully no one is so far ahead that they've already started cutting their cardstock - I know I'm not!

Thanks again, everybody - I'll let you know soonest what our total headcount (25 or 26) is. Cathy

Default Getting excited

This Lynn is getting excited. I saw all the cards from last weekend courtesy of Joann. Wow were they great. Mr. Brown is supposed to pay me a visit (today) with my big Christmas order and I'm ready to get going on my cards for the next 2 swaps. Can't wait to get started.

Have a wonderful weekend everyone, and go Ravens!

Default Full at 26 - will start waiting list

Hi everyone - Karen's friend Kim will be joining us, so please prepare 25 kits in addition to your sample card. We'll have a couple of new card swappers joining us, so it should be a fun day! Now, who already has her card idea ready? That would so not be me! Enjoy the weekend Cathy

Quick question, does it have to be SU stamps or just SU card stock?

TIA registration goes out tomorrow.

From original post:

"All cards should be made using Stampin' Up! stamps, cardstock, papers, and inks. The stamp sets and ink/cardstock/paper colors can be current or retired ones. No restrictions on embellishments."
