There are some shoebox swaps and other side things, but mostly to meet and just have fun together stamping, gabbing and of course Shopping the outlet malls.
NEW Accommodations: Several large cabins due to low sign up can be shared. EACH GROUP MUST MAKE THEIR OWN RESERVATIONS.
Here is the cabin info so you can view and make choices appropriate for your group. They have a 48hours cancellation requirement. Registrations can be made anytime between now and then, as available cottages exist. WWW.CARRSCOTTAGES.COM

I just reserved one of the townhouses, and it was about 12.00 cheaper than listed per night due to the seasonal discount. You can tell them you are with Lightner if you like and want a cabin near us.
We will all meet up and do dinners and shopping etc. Socialize on our living room or whomever opens their cabin.
PM me with questions. No day room will be provided, so registrations do not need to be sent and those who have sent will be refunded. The room rates will be comparable to the hotel rates when several share cabins.
This is going to be exciting!

Craft Basket Swap:
Each basket should contain 2-3 stamped or altered items, and the rest of the basket can be filled with bought or made items from other crafts. You can do a theme basket or mix it up, your choice. Basket should be arranged and presented in gift basket form (bows, ribbons, tags, whatever)

Hey Hey HEY! Now that was uncalled for Lynette. In truth everyone knows it is the people from WV that cannot drive!
All I know is that it has been so long since us folks in the valley(of the Smoky Mountains)have seen a really good snow.....like the ones I used to have as a kid...complete with sledding...building snowmen...and making snow cream....NO ONE here can drive if it starts snowin at all. It's like everyone HAS to go to the store for bread,milk, and eggs ALL at the same time. JUST IN CASE..like we are all going to be snowed in for weeks! It is just such a funny site!!!
Hmmm talking about snowmen...I think I have a picture of my friends and I when we were in high school. We built a snowman..spray painted him a red mohawk...and put a big peace sign on his stomach.....I need to find that and give yall a good laugh!!! Now finding it...gosh that has been over 20 years ago!!! Okay...now I feel old...guess I will go find me some chocolate to ease the pain!!! Later!

Forgot to add for Sara...Cropping is the cutting up of paper, so basically a crop is where everyone comes to work on their cards and scrapbooks together.
So yesterday I got all of my shoebox kits done for Feb! Whooohoo!! When you come in November we well work on yours. Oh yes, forgot to tell you I signed you up for two swaps that weekend

Lovin the picture! I so wish it would snow here. DD was born in 1995 and the last big snow was in 1993! Of course up in the mountains there is snow in winter, but most roads are closed getting to it!!!
