Fairlawn Ohio Get Together

There are two of us so far (Pat in Ohio) and myself who are meeting at Archiver's in Fairlawn (not far from Akron) next Saturday, February 10 from 1-4 p.m. Archiver's has a free crop room where you can also use their die cuts. We'd love to have you join us for a fun afternoon.

Hi there,

We'd luv to have you. What are you planning on working on: cards or scrapbooks? I keep going back and forth. With scrapbooks, there's so much to tote along unless I can get a pretty good idea of what I'll be doing. One kewl thing is is that we really don't have to lug any paper with us -it'll be right at our finger tips if we so chose.

Looking forward to meeting you on Saturday. I'm bringing cards to work on. Much easier to pack and tote. Now I've just got to figure out what designs / stamps / cardstock / inks / ribbons / brads / etc. Hey, maybe it is easier to haul scrapbook stuff!!!

Hi Pat,

At the rate I'm going, I'll probably figure what I'll be working on on Saturday morning. This week is becoming jam packed. It'll sure be nice to relax with some new-found friends on Saturday afternoon.

How are we gonna know each other? Hmmmm. Well, you've seen my picture. I'll probably be wearing a teal and black jacket and will be carrying a black purse and an Archiver's bag. I drive a beige (well, right now it looks like light grey with all the salt) Toyota Camry. Would it be OK to say, whoever gets to the store first, grabs 3 seats if at all possible. I'll have a little pink make-up bag with handles on it. That's certainly more identifying than a black Archiver's bag, right? LOL

Gosh, what a great time we had even though we were small in number. Perhaps we can do a Scrapmania one Saturday evening next month at Archiver's in Fairlawn. Is anybody interested? How does March 24th sound? Either reply or email me if you'd like to be included.
