Card Swap Details
• This is a full card swap.
• Cards should be a minimum of 2 layers of card stock and must include an embellishment.
• You will need to supply all materials necessary for your card - this includes card stock {cut to your cards size}, stamps, inks, embellishments, etc….
• Please use good quality materials.
• Put all the pieces necessary for the card into individual plastic baggies for each participant.
• Cards should be able to be completed in 10-15 minutes. If your card has many steps and requires more time, you may want to pre-stamp or preassemble some items for the other stampers to ensure everyone can finish all cards before the end of the day.
• If your card requires special instructions, please include those in each baggie.
• Include a few extra cardstock pieces/embellishments in case of mistakes.
• Bring a basic supply kit. This should include scissors, bone folder, adhesive, pop dots, paper cutter and anything else necessary to make your projects easy for you. Also bring something to carry your finished cards in.
• You need to bring enough supplies for each person attending. Final count will be posted October 24, 2010.
• Stamping will begin at 9 a.m. You may arrive at 8:30 a.m. to set up your card supplies (and garage sale items).
• The swap ends at 4 p.m. Since people stamp at different speeds, you will not be able to leave until everyone is done stamping. Stamping will end no later than 4 p.m.
• Cost is $15 per person.
Garage Sale Details
• Participating as a seller in the garage sale is optional and no additional cost (for those participating in the shoebox swap). There are only 16 garage sale seller slots available.
• Please price each item for sale on a post-it note with the price and your initials. The post-it notes will be removed when an item is sold.
• Each seller will be limited to half of an 8 foot table (4 foot per seller). Please plan accordingly.
• Set up for the garage sale begins at 8:30 a.m.
