Ok ladies - ready for another great weekend at the Rustlers Lodge? We have the Lodge booked from September 6th to the 9th.

It will be an easy weekend. We have room for 14 in the craft room, and room for all to stay the night depending on how many want to cuddle.

I sooooo wish I could be there but have committed to DH for a motorcycle trip to Yellowstone the week before and we wont be back till the Sunday....

Ok ladies - so we are moving right along. I will check and see about beds. Might need Gayle to help on this one.

Do you know cost yet?

The attached file shows the prices. The cost includes all food, snacks, coffee tea etc. The prices are per bed, with the less expensive beds in the shared rooms.

We do have to have a minimum of 10 attendees ladies - does anyone know people who would like to join in? If we don't have 10, we will need to cancel, and in all fairness, I should let her know by the first of August so she has a month notice.

So this weekend is not going to turn out as we don't have the numbers we need. Kelly has offered us the weekend of September 20th, are there any takers for that weekend? If so, let me know before the end of this weekend so I can confirm with Kelly.

We are booked for the 20th! I am still hoping that more can come because we will have to pay a bit more if we don't make 10, so invite a friend.

I will need to know what rooms people want, and if anyone has allergies so I can pass it on to the Lodge.

I am sad that Tamara, Denise and Christine won't be able to make it. I was so hoping to see Tamara and Denise again.

Ok ladies - we need to finalize up the arrangements. Please see the attached file that spells out the initial sleeping arrangements. Good news is everyone gets a bed to themselves!

If you had food allergies

Do you want to stay Friday, Saturday
or
Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Please let me know within the next few days so I can follow-up with the Lodge.

Hi ladies

So sorry I can't be there! Have just been told today, I am needed at this little job until end of September at least. Getting a little tired right now not so much with the work but with the heat!! No AC and I find it very draining. Work much better at home where it's cool!! Have a wonderful time, very envious of those of you who can get together. :)

Ruth - we will keep your spot warm for you!
