Thank you for uploading Michele! I LOVED all the projects we did!
While 10/4 in Austin is not an official PHC, a lot of the Hos are hopefully going! Its mainly organized by a couple of ladies Ma Ma Ho speaks very highly of. The official posting goes up in early August but if you're interested, PM Ma Ma Ho/Rae Anne/huera90 for the deets!
OK JUST so you other Ho's with a Little Princess at home... if you go to www.addictedtorubberstamps.com you will see that there are NOW acrylic stamps of get this...(gagging) High School Musical and Hannah Montana.... NO! I REFUSE!!!!!
I'm a HOLY, as in Church going, Bible teaching, God fearing, very witty, fun loving HO and I don't care who knows it. Well obviously since I just posted it on the web.
Besides the word "holy" is defined as "set apart", it is not defined as conservative, frowning, no dancing on Sunday's, pious you can't have any fun b/c you've accepted Christ as your Savior. And come to think of it, I don't know any Christians that are like that anyway! In fact my Pastor knows I'm a HO and it cracks him up. I was meeting w/him last night and as we were discussing plans for teaching Romans, DJ called, I glanced on the cell and said, Oh, that just DJ HO, I'll call her later. He busted out laughing!
It's a shame something unpleasant happened to you to turn you off, just remember, Christian's are fallible b/c we are human, we aren't perfect aren't trying to be and never will be, but what sets us apart, what makes us holy is that we've accepted the gift of the Son dying on the cross, that's the gospel and that's what has set us apart.
I'm sure this post will be met w/dead silence, but that's okay, I don't mind.
I applaud you!!!! I dont think Bonnie meant that...but...still reading on page 4 a LITTLE behind!
ok, so are we thinking Ohio area for early summer or spring then???????????
I know that me, manda, heather, sgc would def. be able to come- Carla lives in Ohio too...........Manda is great at organizing.............hint hint about her new ho name.....................
looks like Texas or Ohio from the census...............
OMgosh, I would think teaching the toddlers would be harder. How do you keep them focused? During Church service there is a little kids "sermon" and many times is much better than the Preacher. Maybe it's the simplicity?
We just make it more fun with puppets and things they like to do. Sometimes it works sometimes we play while teaching.

I use my MySapce more often, but I do pop in on my Facebook account as needed ( eg: when I get an email about a friend request or something of that nature ).

LMBO.....yes she is and I am here to help her with the dets if needed.
I wasn't meaning any thing about being a Holy Ho. It was just said with the name THE GOOD HO that it seemed like I was better than everyone, NOT. Just a fun loving. loving life, person.
I love Heather and she is HOLY! We so had the best time. Now running down the hall in the hotel maybe she thought she was an angel and had wings?
Bonnie
Thanks Bon Bon...I love ya to!!! And I don't think anyone thought you were better than anyone...just a wonderful good person...which is sooooo true!!!
Any ho's want to fill up the last 19 spots I have on my Hor's doureves recipe swap.
Someone - not going to mention any names- (scrappy) signed up for 7 spots. with that being said I need 19 more spots filled so she doesn't get any of hers back.
If not for me than for scrappy....... we all luv her.............. :-)

Hey Michele...feel free to post it on any of my threads. I will post it later today if you don't get a chance to.
You MUST had a VERY interesting former life for Karma to make us your fate ;) Like saved all the orphans from a burning orphanage, invented the peni*illin'
yes, and I saved a lot of hos from bad swaps..................and the ones that did get trapped in bad swaps, I gave them lots and lots of ho condoms and ho-ly water for revival- scrappy was there with me, lol
The airport threw away one of my Ho-ly bottles of water....good thing I had a backup in the second suitcase. Should have seen the lood when she was going through my ho bag.
Oh and Yoorah...the sand made it back. No drug sniffing dogs...at least I don't think so....
I keep getting dropped from my network tonight (:mad, and I'm also on the home stretch of my project at work, so my presence here might be a little sketchy for a bit, but once it's over, I'll be baaaaa-aaaaack!!!
MWAH!
Wish I could go...but its during Dh'd peak time at work so I will have to be there in spirit...:(
Hey Sandye - can you make it to Texas in October? There's a shoebox swap which hasn't posted yet in Austin for 10/3 and a few of the Texas Ho (most importantly Ma Ma Ho!) will be there!
I'll check into that. We do have some American Airline vouchers that have to be used up soon. Maybe I can I still want to hear about your Italy trip (Italy is my favorite place in the whole world!)
Yoorah--just talked with my husband. He reply was "Yeah, you could do that. You can use those American vouchers", and then I checked the calendar. That is homecoming at Liz's high school. She just was allowed to start dating on her 16th birthday (June 30), and already has a boyfriend. They are making plans for homecoming. Grandma has to be here to see the sweetie all fixed up! Jim even said that he could handle it, but I wouldn't want to be gone. Sorry, I would have loved to be there! Guess I'll have to miss another one. My motto--wait till next year!

oooooooo.....sneaking in for a peek!!!!!
I was posting a new thread for a Scrapbook/Swap/Stamp Fest to be held soon at my house, when I came acrossed this post. So... I done some sneaking around, Hope no one minds???? And I think I am interested in becoming a HO.
At least I think I meet all the right qualifications.... I love to stamp (obsession), I hoard paper, I stash embellies, I buy anything that looks like it would stick on something else, I treasure my family (especially in photos ), I collect shoeboxes and I have swapped with some of the best... (like the Travlin' HO, LynetteA.)
So How do I get a Word with MA MA HO?
I would like to become "THE PANTRY HO" if possible.....
How far are you from Dayton? I could leave my mom and kids at my brothers house - they'd never know I am gone!
depending on where in Dayton anywhere from 1- 1.5 hours!
The closest part of Dayton to Columbus is about 45 min...but my family use to live Northern Dayton (Tipp City) and i now live on the further side of Columbus so that took 1.5 tops!
Giant rats are in Detroit... and they aren't really afraid of people. At least not the ones I've seen anyhow! LOL
I stayed in Cleveland twice, Dublin once and Columbus once. Columbus was definitely the cleanest.
If you can find me a bug free facility I wouldn't be opposed to trying Ohio again... well, except inner Cleveland. That place was kinda scary.
Wow... you had bugs in Dublin??? That is one of the richest parts of Columbus...were you down for the turnament?? you were not at the Red Roof were you??
I could do Ohio too - would prefer Columbus. A really good friend of mine from Colorado lives there now.
Where in Columbus??? I can let you know how far it would be from the Easton Area where Heather and I have talked about where it should be if it is in Col.!
Mornin' back to ya KelliJo! Yea - she likes DJ and Tiger Woods....at least she has expensive tastes....she got po'd at me the last time I went to Yankee Stadium cause I did not bring her back a Jeter shirt....So ya know what is at the top of my list this time around....

I'm sooo sorry I've been MIA...some of you know dh and I have a friend (kristie_shortie's dh) w/terminal brain cancer. Unfortunately he went into a coma Tues but is now with God as of 11pm-ish last night. Needless to say I've been over there as she is one of my best friends and have neglected my SCS buds. I'll be back on after the funeral Monday or Tuesday. Thanks to those of you that sent the thank you cards btw...she is truly greatful for da' ho's and she ain't one!!
I agree....about the roomates. Before Scotty and I became really good friends we went private on our baseball trips, now we save about $700 a piece by going double-rate. Our september trip was $1695 each, but that includes lodging, game tickets to NINE games, and transportation (once we get to Newark). The tickets for the last game @ Yankee Stadium alone cost the owner $325 on average (per ticket)....so I'm thinking it was a GREAT deal this year....
I'm hoping to hook up with a few ho's while I am out there (Jessica and Sami for sure, maybe Scrappy.....)
we will see you at Shea!!!! maybe even Philly!!! I cant wait.. I have the two extra box seat tickets for that game.. so you and scotty can sit with us!!
Hey....
so, I have to get upstairs to get some stuff done before they wake up...but had to say I miss you all
If we do Texas, I am up for roomies
If we do here, I have one spare bedroom,
and a basement with a super great couch that sucks you in... lots of room for a blow up matress, and then another couch our our main floor...if needed another blowup matress can fit in the office w/ room to spare...
I am about 15-20 min tops from Easton Town Center..where there is a M's, J's and Archievers...there are great hotels there, and several between here and there. Plus we are close to the airport..so no problem picking up and dropping off!
Cool.. I am down for whatever!!! I will sleep in a closet.. so I can fit anywhere.. Sami just needs a little corner she will sleep anywhere.. she is just like her mommy
yeah If we do Texas, I want a roomie! But I don't think I could room with a baby b/c I have a baby phobia.........................I can only do kids like 2 y/o and up.........................yeah, gonna be problematic when I have kids someday- do they pop right out being 2 y/o? If so, sign me up.............
ok, puppies, I can handle, but I don't think I can train my kid to go to the bathroom outside with Polo and stuff.........They would probably be made fun of when they got to school...............
LMAO.. Joy you crack me up.... I betcha that Sami will suck you in!!! She will give you that cute little baby smile and you will be hooked!.. but then we will sleep in our own room.. LMAO
