PA Let�s get together! Saturday, December 1st.
 

Cost- $15 per person ($16 via PayPal). Your registration fee must be paid for by Friday, November 2nd. There are no refunds after this date. You may pay via PayPal by using a debit card, credit card, or PayPal existing funds. You may also mail a check if you prefer. Please contact me when you are ready to sign up and I will provide my PayPal address or my mailing address.

Lunch- Lunch and beverages will be provided. Please bring a snack to share. It can be something you make or purchase. You do not need to bring an enormous amount of food, just enough to share with 8-10 people! Something like chips, cookies, or brownies will be great!

Make & Take- We will be creating a holiday themed make and take project. I will post a supply list closer to the event date. It will definitely be something fun!

Gift Swap- Please bring a wrapped gift, valued at around $5 to swap. It can be something you make or purchase. Stamped projects are always appreciated! These gifts will be swapped �Yankee Trader� style. Please be sure to include your real name and SCS name somewhere so the lucky recipient can know what talented stamper to thank.

Yard Sale- There will be large tables set up for a buy/sell/trade area. It�s a great way to get rid of a few things and pick up some new goodies! All items must be priced and any buying/selling/trading will be the table owner�s responsibility. Just remember certain companies have policies regarding the buying and selling of their merchandise. Please be sure to abide by those rules. If you are interested in a table, please let me know when you register so I can make sure there will be enough tables.

Fabulous Nametag Contest- Make and wear a 4�x 6� nametag with your name and your SCS name so we know you on sight. Get creative and make something fabulous! The best nametag will win a special prize! This is also a fun way to learn everyone�s names!

Stamp for a Cause- Please create one card to send to the troops via the SplitCoastStampers Stamp Your Heart Out Campaign. The inside of the card must be left BLANK, but the design of the card is up to you! Each card should be placed with an envelope inside a clear Ziploc bag. If you wish to create more than one card, go for it! All cards will be collected at the check-in table. For more details check here.

Other Stuff � Please bring your own items for your personal stamping and scrapbooking needs, especially your favorite adhesive. These are the items you just can�t stamp without! Please be sure to label your items if you feel it is necessary.

Directions to the Dunn Community Center:

Located at 4565 Prestwick Drive, Reading, Pennsylvania 19606

Very good directions can be found at Google Maps by typing in the address. The Dunn Community Center is located next to the Exeter Community Library. Once you leave Rt. 422, look for the blue library signs. These signs will lead you right to the Dunn Community Center. More information can be found here.
Be sure to park in the back of the building!

Thanks for the invite Brandi! I will have to let you know in a late October or early November. It is a little too soon to know my schedule as well. Definitely subscribing to keep this in the forefront though! Sounds like fun! :D

Ok Brandi, I had to laugh at myself. I didn't read your second post about the Dunn Center being in Reading. I was looking up Exeter, PA on my Microsoft Maps & it was giving me a location like up in the Poconos. LOL - I kept thinking "how does she think I am CLOSE??" ha ha! When I enter the Reading address, yep - it shows I am 40 min away! Silly me!!!

I'm so happy I found you guys!! Thanks for the PM, Anne! I can't believe we'll be so close! It looks like about a 45 minute drive for me, which isn't too bad! Yay!! I am sooooooo looking forward to getting settled in PA. S. Florida is nuts and I feel like I live on the sun - it's too hot!!

I have no idea why that happened Anne! I use google maps even thought I have Microsoft Streets and Trips on the computer. I was going to mention that Anne was really close to you Julie! Looks like she beat me to it! Anne will have to be your personal guide to the little stamp/scrapbook shops in the area. It will be a short tour, there are only a few! But still isn't it nice to know someone before you even move here!?

LOL - it was my own doing Brandi for getting the mixup about Exeter!! It's called 'I need to read ALL the information first!'.

:-) It will be nice to have a fellow stamper close by! It seems all of my stamping buddies either don't stamp anymore or just don't do any get togethers.
