Molly I hope you feel better soon! Jess, hope you had a great time in the mountains, I went about 2 weeks ago and had a blast!! I thought I would be able to make it this weekend to stamp but it turns out I have a friend visiting her sister in Raleigh so I'm going tomorrow! So not this time...but maybe the next one. I hope!

Alrighty ladies - In September I am going to start both my stamp clubs - one to actually get together with and the other to do virtually...go to my demo website and send me an email from there and let me know if you are interested! I know some of you have told me - but let me know again - you all know my memory sucks right now!
Also - I will be placing an order the beginning of next week - anyone need anything? Christine - I will send you a catty soon! I PROMISE!
Sounds like fun! If my bro makes his college soccer team I will probably be driving to NY to see his very first college game. I hope he makes it...but I am putting the shoebox swap in my calender so I don't schedule anything that day.

Hi ladies....I am new to the blogging thing and the splitcoast sight. I am recovering from surgery and doing A LOT with my laptop these days...anyway I was SOOOO excited to see the NC title on a swap topic, until I figured out it was from LAST Feb.:( anyway after I paged down and realized the latest post was from about an hour ago I thought I would give this a shot... I would LOVE to attend a get together the next time you all are planning one. I have a couple of friends that would really enjoy it too. I am relatively new to the stamping thing but scrap from way back. I am working on incorporating the two now...this is great. Instant gratification from creating a card but and added levels of creativity with the stamping in conjunction to scrapping...the best of both worlds... Anyway I live in Newport, NC (Swansboro and Havelock both should know me since I am the joint between the two...LOL I would love it if you would keep me in mind for your next get together, or I would love to be able to arrange a host here on the coast if you all would be able to travel this way. I have access to a facility that could hold a whole lot of us if the timing is right I can get it for nothing. I also have two daughters, (soon to be 17 and 13 and can recruit more) to assist with baby watching if needed. My SU demo upline (yes I just signed up, haven't even gotten my kit yet I am so new) is GREAT and has TONS of ideas so we can pick her brain for ideas if needed....anyway I am running on so let me know what you all think and if it looks interesting I can look into available dates for the the hall..... If you are brainstorming something for the near future close to you keep me in mind, I'd love to meet more people and get more ideas...

Abby is starting to wake up at 3 am everyday now....so tired...
Isn't 1/2 way about Kenansville? There is a great winery there!! As always I have extra space!
See, the abby waking up thing is why I like it when my friends have kids!!! Then the waking up at 3 am isn't my problem!!! :twisted: Although I have told a couple of friends I would be their nanny so I guess 3 am wake ups would be my problem then!

The 27th works best for me b/c I will have the 29th as a work day. I have to work but no kids! I voted and apparently was the first one. I would love to get together again!! I miss having stamping buddies!
Things are going well here. I have a good group of kids here. Just got back from the muscadine harvest fest! Lots of fun!

Anyway I was just checking the blog and saw that you all are planning another stamping get together. Have you decided where and when? I would love to invite myself and come on over also......so count me in. Will this be a swap of some kind or just a get together stamping/scrapping thing?

This one is going to be at Molly's in Sanford. Out near Raleigh! Last timem we brought a shoebox and then did challenges. IT was great fun!! :mrgreen: I was thinking of doing one closer to here at some point. If you every just want to get together and stamp, PM me and we can set something up. Glad you got to spend some time with your grandbaby!
