hhhmmm...well, i noticed in my card box that I'm low on Sympathy's, Thinking of you's, b-days for grown ups, and get wells...does that help Kelly??? ;-)
he he he If you only knew when I finally cut all the paper for our last get together......I had a busy busy week and had some depressing things come up and didn't get to doing it until the morning of our get together!! Pathetic I know but that is my life at times. lol
Well, it is in March and I think of St. Patricks Day. What about a green theme? It doesn't have to be St Patricks associated, (I don't send out cards for that day), but just green in your project?
We can do green themed snacks, door prizes, and everything in shades of green.
I think a Green theme would be neat ... but i do have to agree with Angela .. just let me know where I can wait to the last minute (maybe not the morning of) to get started and done
Sunshine.. I would love to go, but we are still down to one car right now. The other insurance only paid for a rental for a week and I am on the hunt for another car, but haven't found one that I like and is affordable.
If we went went a green theme, the whole project doesn't have to be green, just have a little green in it. I know it's still a month away, but I am getting excited!
Green it is...I like the idea of greening our swappin' day up! Should be fun and a challenge too!
Sunshine - I am SO sorry that Mom and I won't be able to make your open house...my DS's school (Boyd Christian) is having a pancake breakfast/chocolate silent auction on Saturday morning - so we'll be pulling our hair out with getting stuff ready for that! Hope it goes well for you though!!
LADIES...our SU club meets this coming Tuesday night at the Cottage in Morrison...there are 5 open spots if any of you are interested. The rules are that we meet once a month for 6 months (there are 3 clubs but we all meet together). One month out of the 6 is our time to "host" - food is provided by wonderful Diane Morton - and our cards/projects are provided by wonderful Wanda Vaughan - all we have to do is show up - and commit to order $25 worth of SU products each month. When it's our month to host - it's our "show" and we get all the freebies! If you are even remotely interested please call Wanda at 931-212-0794. She is such a wonderful lady - has awesome idea's and is just a pure blessing to know...as is Diane! Wanda will be thrilled to explain our clubs to you (in case I missed something here) and will answer any questions you may have! So go on....call her....you know you want to.....you'll get to come to the cottage every month....see Mom and myself....and STAMP....(am I an enabler or what??)!!!
That sounds like so much fun Kristi! I wish I could join, but maybe the next go around. At the rate I'm going it might take me 6 months to find another car..lol
aaahhhh a new car...I want a Toyota or a Nissan...would love to have a Rogue (nissan)...way cool! Just don't wanna pay for one, so I'll keep my Ford Focus (it's paid for :-). ) Good luck on your hunt!
Good Monday Morning, I would like to make something special for all the ladies in the Mid TN group and if you would kindly email me or PM me with your full name, address, phone, birthday and email if you would like so that we can have a book with all our new friends and if it is someone's birthday we could send cards, etc. Thank you for all your help ladies.
Kristy are the name tags in your gallery? I'm excited to make my own even though I won't be at the March meeting. BTW THanks to everyone who came to my open house....We are going to start meeting for stamping nights on the third Friday of every month. Please let me know if you are interested. Sunshine
YAY Sunshine...so glad your open house went well! Yes - mine and Mom's nametags are both in my gallery - Mom didn't use the one in the gallery in Jan - she made a different one (that isn't in the gallery). So...tell us about your stampin Friday nights...is it a club, where we're obligated to purchase, or just a "come, stamp, leave" sort of event...we could possible make it to some of them - but we can't committ to every month...
Hey guys! Just went to Micheal's this past weekend. They have their $1 Easter Stamps out and the ribbon is in the back of the store..just walk straight in the door down the middle of the isle. But they have a great sale one their bigger things of ribbon. 2/$3 each. I went crazy on all those new spring colors. Cathy has me HOOKED on the Just Rite stamps and I've got fun ideas whenever I get to play!!

It is a come stamp, have fun sort of thing. If you want to be a member in getting hostess benefits you must commit to the $25.00 per month for 6 months. We'd love to have you all. If you forget to order things with your other demo, then we can always use your orders as well. Thanks for asking!
Everyone is welcome that has time and would like to attend.
I had to get one of those Just Rite stampers too...(boy are we suckers for cool tools or what)...Mom was gonna get one too - but they only had 1 set of the Damask w/ stamp...she'll swing by there on her next trip to the boro though - to see if they have more in stock...I've played with mine too - and they are way cool! I also got the special occassion border/center set...now if I can just get my card designed for our shindig on the 7th....;-)
Hey girls! I was going to ask a favor of you if you feel up to it. Hollie (Butterfly Babies) just had surgery on her wrist and elbow and she is going to be out of work for 2 weeks and she is in a little bit of pain. She and I were the ones that came in SUPER LATE at the card swap!! (She sat beside Kristi) Could you send her a get well card to cheer her up? Thanks in advance!
Hi ladies, I have almost completed our Mid TN Phone Book but want to make sure before I print it that there are no others that would like to be a part. I will also get a card out to Hollie.
Shoe box swap for the net gathering correct? Will check in later.
Thanks girls for sending Hollie the cards! She will be so suprised! I know the reason we can't come to the next gathering is b/c we are working our Spring/Summer Consignment sale, but we can't wait until the next gathering!! I bought my "shoe box" the other day for future events!
Kristie - I have enjoyed my day off too.....and I hope you did as well!!!
Took my youngest to the dentist for the first time today and NO CAVITIES!!! You have no idea how happy that made me. Found out my other son had to have 8 caps done when I took him for his first visit. :(
Hi ladies! Just wanted to let yall know - my Curtis family is having a Relay for Life team this year; and as a Fundraiser we are having a Croppin' for a Cure day on Saturday March 14th (it's the week after our shoebox swap-two weeks in a row of fun, fun, fun)! It will be at Caney Fork Electric Company's auditorium. The cost is a mere $20 and we should be able to seat 25 comfortably (with all the croppin' stuff)...please don't feel like if you don't scrapbook that this event isn't for you - I will probably be stamping too! A very yummy lunch will be provided and I will be bringing my die machines/dies for everyone to use; and there will be door prizes! Please let me know if you plan to come - I can get you more info - and you can get your ticket from me at the shoebox swap on the 7th! I hope yall can come - we feel like this will be a great way to raise funds for such a worthwhile cause! (my grandfather, aunt and 2 uncles on my Dad's side have succomed to this disease; and my dad's other sister and brother are both survivors - so this really hits our family hard!) Thanks in advance ladies!!
Cool! We'd love to have ya!! AND...several of yall could car pool - how much fun would that be!! If you are familiar at all with McMinnville - it's on the main drag thru town - across the road from Pizza Hut and Captain D's...If you're not familiar w/ McMinnville the address is 920 Smithville Hwy (37110 zip) so you can google it; trust me - there's not much to McMinnville so if you can navigate in the boro - it'll be a cinch to come here!! ;-)
Good Morning ladies!! I see only 8 of us so far... do we have a few more? It's in two weeks. I am so excited. I have been getting my little something special for everyone ready, thinking about a name tag,and getting my green goodies together! How is everyone?
