Ft. Meade shoe Box Swap! April 16th, 2011 10:00am-5:00pm at Ft , MD. For those of you that do not have a military ID you are still able to come, you will just need to have a driver’s license or a state ID with a photo, and car info that is required by state law in order to drive.

The swap will be located in the same building as the last several if that helps some of you.
Its Potomac Place Center, 4998 Second Corps Boulevard.

Coming in the Reese Road Gate (hwy 175) Enter the main gate, follow Reese Road until you come to the stop light, turn RIGHT at the light onto MacArther, then turn LEFT onto 2nd Corps Blvd (it's the first left), follow the road until you see the center on your right.
The doors are locked they have had some issues in the past so I will leave my number on the door call me I'll let you in! If your coming or going after 10am the main front door is open.


This swap will be open to 21 stampers. There is a $10 non-refundable charge per stamper to cover the paper products, Prizes, etc. Please fill out the attached form and mail in your $10 fee to reserve your space by April 9th 2011. No children under 18 years of age please.


All cards are to be full cards no theme. Please bring enough supplies for everyone to make your card including all cardstock, stamps, inks, embellishments, tools, etc. Please also bring your own basic stamping kit, which should include your adhesive and scissors to use on all the projects we make. Please make sure all of your supplies (stamps, ink pads, scissors, punches, etc.) are labeled with your name, so we all go home with the stuff we brought. Each stamper is to have a sample and typed instructions in their box telling how to make their card. Everyone should have their swaps in baggies or envelopes containing everything each stamper needs to do your card. This helps make the swap go smoothly.


There are no vendor restrictions on cards. However please use quality card stock like SU!

Lunch will be potluck please let me know what you will be bringing. I'll list the items so we all know what's coming.

I will also have space set up for a craft yard sale for whoever would like to clean out stamping/scrapping items they no longer want. Please bring items with your name and price already on them. I won't have tags with me.

So for a recap here is what you should bring:
-shoebox swap kit for 20 stampers.
-any craft items you are wanting to get rid off.
-Potluck lunch item to share
-NEWLY ADDED Please bring Dimensional Dots as part of your Basic Stamping kit.

Yes, this week is just dragging by! I could have sworn yesterday was Thursday and was so disappointed to find out it was only Wednesday! Hang in there, we've just got to get through today and tomorrow! This weather sure isn't helping though!
