Good Morning (or is it almost afternoon now) Everyone! Hope you are all having a great Saturday! I've got some chores to do around here and then off to Wally World later with hubby!
Not much going on here (that's a good thing) I'm always up for a lazy day around the house.
Everyone ready for the Easter Bunny? I made the baskets a few min's ago so we are ready. Hope the hubs makes it out the door before the kids get up this year. Had to do some fancy foot work last year. Maybe we will set the alarm this year. Ahhh my fat cells are singing gotta love all the chocolate!

Mary, I remember it was you who brought the Owl site into my world. Now I am on there seeing whats going on every time I turn around. I just never want to cross an owl after seeing it tear those animals apart to eat.

I've missed alot with the owls by being gone for a week. The owlets have gotten SO big! Looks like #5 might not hatch, huh?
It doesn't look like #5 is gonna make it. Were you on the owl site last night about 11. People were signing off saying that they would never be back. MeGee brought a really cute bunny in still alive. It was screaming and got away. Molly finally got it and snapped its neck. People were in shock. Nature wasn't so wonderful anymore. Carlos turned off the video for about 10 minutes. Not sure he taped that episode.
Mornin' All. gonna be a quiet day here, methinks. I do need to mow the lawn, my backyard is pretty bad, but may not get to it until tomorrow. at least the weather looks to be nice most of the week.
Biggest concession to the day is I am marinating a roast in the new PC Maple honey sauce. bit of a bite to it, hope it turns out nice.
didn't talk to John today, I slept in til after 10 and he was long in bed by that time.
still have to fold all the laundry from earlier in the week, have not even begun plotting my SBS contribution and am STILL looking for the blasted broom..
Kathi: Sachi locked her self in the bedroom again yesterday.. heheheheh

I hope everyone is enjoying their Easter on this beautiful day!!! We had a nice dinner with my parents, then stopped by the in-laws for a visit. Sure would have been a gorgeous day for a ride- IF I had my new bike back from the dealer! They had trouble matching the paint and once they did get the paint from Victory, the color matched perfectly but there wasn't enough 'sparkle' in it so they had to repaint it...hopefully I'll get it the first of the week...hopefully BEFORE it rains again! Now, we're just vegging out...I did make 2 cards- I actually got my card made for Amanda's swap! Just need to cut the papers. My card is simple but I like it. I also made a Mother's Day card...
Tomorrow we're getting a new roof put on...won't be straying too far from the house, so hopefully I can stamp some more...

Ay yi yi! The roofers are here...and boy, what a racket they're making! Right now, they're tearing off the old shingles...guess that's the noisiest part of the whole process. Thankfully they'll get it all done in a day!

The roofers are still banging...baskets are flying (I have them hanging from the beams in the family room), pieces of paint are coming off of a couple of nail pops that needed to be fixed...guess they'll get fixed now! ;)

I'm out for the 10th. My family has their annual weekend get away and it's Daddy's Birthday so I HAVE to be there. You only turn 83 once you know, and with the health issues my parents have had this last year we are all too aware that they don't have many birthdays left, so I can't miss it (even though I REALLY don't want to drive to an unknown part of Ohio by myself with the three tots.) *Sigh*
