Anyone in the Mass area want to get get together and stamp sometime early next year (Jan/Feb)??? I'd love to! Any other interest? Ideas of what to do, shoebox swap sounds fun! If there is interest I don't mind putting it together. Anyone up for it?

I'm excited now... there are a few of us so far, but I'm sure after the holidays we should get more interest... once things sloooooow down :O)
So I'm thinking Mid to Late Feb?? Since there is interest from NH & CT we should probably go central Mass area. What should we do? Shoebox Swap? I'm new to this little world of stampin get-togethers so I don't know of anything else. Are there any other ideas?

Hi I am in the Foxboro MA area. I have enough tables for 10-14 stampers, in various configurations. We have had up to 10 scrapbookers in an evening, if still interested in central Mass

Do you own a scrapbook store, or what type of space are the tables located at?

I was thinking maybe we can do a Recipe page shoebox swap. What do you think? Maybe sometime in late Feb or early March?

No not a store, just a large kitchen, dining area, and family room that we spread out in. Kind of homey, and easy access to snacks. Recipe page sounds like fun.

I am in MA, and would love to do a stamping get together, but I am so new, I have NO idea what a shoebox swap is. lol..

A showbox swap is where you bring all the supplies cut and ready to put together in a shoebox for the number of people in the group. Then when you get together everyone passes out the supplies and you put them all together. I've never done one, but it sounds fun!

Depending on when a get together might be planned I might be interested. My husband is hopefully getting a new job (we find out this weekend) and we'd be moving (once again!) late Jan or Feb. I'll keep myself suscribed to the thread to keep up with it though!

I'm from the Lowell MA/Nashua NH area. I'd be up for a get-together if it's not too far away.I'm terrible with driving to unknown locations.

Well the interest is definatly there! So I made a poll so we can figure out when. I put a note there about location... TBA, probably best to pick the date first so we know what is available. Also figured probably central Mass somewhere since there is NH & CT intrest.

We're not for certian on the location yet. We do have people from NH & CT interested so central Mass would probably be best. As soon as we figure out the date I will get a location. The poll is open through the end of the year... Then the first week of the year I will find a place and let everyone know. We'd love to have you so I hope you can both make it! :O)

It depends on the timing...I'm due with baby #2 in three weeks.....if it comes early and the date wasn't too soon after that!

How do people feel about a newborn in the mix? Unless we have a very unhappy baby and I wouldn't even try.....

I'm in the Manchester, NH area....but my parents are in Framingham....so I'm down in the area occasionally anyway....
