Loretta, the assignments are finally posted in the Birthday Committee sub-forum. I decided I needed to tackle it since we haven't heard from Kelly yet. If you don't have Excel and can't access the files I have asked one of the RAK coordinators to convert the files to PDF for me. Hopefully she can do that sometime tomorrow.

Wow, everyone has just outdone themselves this time! Unfortunately I was not able to make a card today, time just got away from me. But I will definitely try this technique after seeing all the beautiful cards that everyone has posted!

Okay, because I am early to bed............(Like 8 last night) I am just now posting where to find the cards:
#3336 Loretta
#3499 Jane
#3766 Amanda
#3780 Mary
#3787 Kimme
#3797 Tracy

Let's all vote and have some fun with it. This is not earth shattering, just playing! Love all the cards. Tracy, cute idea with the cups. Another stumper as there are some great cards. Don't forget 2 votes per person and I think anyone can vote but if you didn't do a card, you only get one vote. All for fun and fun for all.....

Morning! Hope everyone has the day off. If not take your stamps to work in protest. I'm going to try and stamp today. Also have to do some shopping need some fresh veggies. I'm starting back on WW today. It was just to much to count points the last 3 weeks. I lost 2 lbs over the last 3 weeks and was eating whatever I wanted so at least I didn't gain. I think all of my weight loss has just been giving up Soda (non diet) and kool-aid. I was drinking my points. I do miss coke but Diet Dr Pepper is helping me it's kinda like my coke patch.

Default Great cream card

Good morning ladies,

Just wanted to say you all inspire me so much. I loved all of your shaving cream cards. I wish I had the creativity and talent gene that you ladies have.

I have been working on my designs for the Halloween and November swaps, I am pretty happy with them, and very excited for the swaps.

Mary, I am trying to get over that mess of a football game yesterday.

Looking forward to seeing everyone soon.

Have a great week everyone.

Well Cherie shaving cream and reinkers are here for your use anytime.lol

DH is at dads and donuts right now, so I think I will eat and do a 10 minute tidy on my stamp zone before he gets back. Want to do a little christmas shopping for things that the brats have asked for, since I really want to be done shopping before the big rush.

Have a great day ladies!

DH gets home today from his car show weekend. He should be here right around the time the girls get out of school. So I am busy picking up the house making it look like I didn't sit on my butt and do nothing the past 4 days hehe. Unfortunately, what I really need to do is some laundry, but I am out of detergent, Oh well! I guess that will have to wait until I get to the store later

THIS is my biggest thing that I miss! I do occasionally have one and just make sure I have points for it...so, it's water for me...with an occasional diet coke.

Good luck getting back on track, Amanda!

Hi everyone. Hope you had a good weekend.

Love all of your cards. Since I didn't get a card made for this challenge I'm looking forward to trying the next one.

Congrats to you DM. I'm trying to get back with the program. I'm trying knitting as my new diet aid. Hopefully it will keep my hands too busy to eat. I need to get back to the gym too!

Told my DH that I'd fold the laundry if he washed it. He just brought up a basketful so I better get busy.

Have a good one!

Ahhhh I think the next Ribbon Outlet run for me is going to get just a bit longer! Hobby Lobby is opening a store in PA just a few min (20'ish) North of the ribbon outlet. I'm thinking road trip!

Yep! Do you ever watch the TV show the Duggars? They don't put laundry away like in everyone's rooms they have a washroom/closet. I think this is the best idea.....until you forget to get your clothes before your shower.....Eeekk

I wanna go!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE Hobby Lobby!!!

and...

I sorta have the same concept as the laundry closet going on...It's called The Laundry Sofa, even have a Laundry Dining Room Table - works wonderfully!!!!

....Made it to the commissary, finally. Ahhh, nice to have food in the house, again.
...Doesn't the air outside seem reeeeally crisp and heavy and sorta like SNOW is on it's way???

Default You'all make me laugh!

I had a visitor yesterday and they saw the laundry couch! Well, actually, it is the ironing couch...........yes, I know, who irons? But I love a nice crease to my jeans and hubby looks cute in neatly creased jeans......so someone has to do it! Sunday is laundry/iron/groceries day but I didn't iron......time just got away from me. Got lots done but not that. Today is clean/then maybe iron? yeah, if I want to sit on the couch ever again! Hobby Lobby, hmmmm, I could handle that. I have heard a lot about it but never been to one. I can do without the ribbon but would love to see Hobby Lobby. Sara talked about it after visiting her sister last time. I think I might need to go.
Results will be posted at 7 or so this evening.
Cherie, it did have a kind of wet cold feeling when I came out of work this afternoon. I am not READY for this!
Everyone did some great cards.....loved the cups snowman idea. Very clever. I thought all the paper that was made was wonderful. I really enjoyed seeing everyone's paper because there were no two that even came close to looking the same. I made several with the same batch and none of them look the same either! And I loved having a "tribute card" just for me...well, it could be for any of the "older ladies" not to mention any names......

I fit into the "older ladies" category - high school & college in the 60s - good times!

Default Laughing....out loud!

Well Rose, I gotta tell you, I have given your daughter to Mary, lost Sara's Birthday present, two stamp sets and now a pillow case. Do you think it was all that 60's hippy dust stuff? Hmmmmmmmmmmm Okay, I will give you Michelle back if you find the other things I have lost lately. I am beginning to think I had too much of the 60's. Of course, looking at the alternatives to living to this ripe old age makes me relish where I am. Have not had the pleasure of meeting you Paula but looking forward to it. It's nice to have a few other "women of wisdom" in this group of punks!

Default And The Winner..........

The WiNNeR IS:

Tracy Tripp

Followed on a close second by Amanda.

Nice jobs ladies. Tracy, your first prize is that you have the distinct pleasure of hostessing the next challenge. Your second prize will be given to you soon. Nice job all. What amazing fun! Such an interesting concept and each card was great with fun backgrounds.

Tracy, I look forward to what you come up with. You must make it affordable.....remember, not 100 pieces of hardware or anything! Only you can carry that off.

Loretta, Mary and Kimme, your cards are wonderful and no one didn't get votes! Now that is pretty cool.

Punkette Reporting for duty

I would love to go to Hobby Lobby. Want me to go scope it out for everyone? I need a good little road trip in my future.

Yay Tracy! Congrats!

Did someone say Hobby Lobby? Oh yes! My prayers have been answered...been craving Hobby Lobby embellishments, oh so missing them, even though Jody does send them to me often.

Looking for printer suggestions...

My printer has pretty much died. It keeps jamming and will print only after jamming 8-10 times or so. Guess with printing all the invites, etc. it is rebelling! I would like one that prints good photos and can feed cardstock (GP at the very least, although one that would take SU! cardstock would be awesome!) So far I have only had HPs. I would like to purchase either locally or on line if I can get quick shipping. Anyone have a printer they love???
