"OK, so the few that are interested in meeting in Lewisville, or another location (I'm up for suggestions!), my mom(Dyu) will be in, and is DYING to go too. She will be here July 12-19. Anytime from the 16th on will work for us, or we can just plan on another time without her, bwahahaha!!"

I am interested, depends on the day and time. I live in North Richland Hills/Keller area, so it will take about 30-40 to get to Lewisville for me. I have never been to a SCS gathering since the regional one in San Antoinio, so I don't know any of you, if that is ok.

That is more than fine. I've only met a couple of girls myself. I also live in Keller area, so if you want to ride with us that would be fine. Or, we could come by and follow each other. Guess I better get to mapquest so I can find my way! hahaha

Well that's no fair :( Mom will only be here for a short time, and the weekend is the only time we can go. We will DEFINITLY plan something else soon!!

Anyone familiar with that area? I have no idea what's around there for eats.

Hmmm...the last few times we went to Vista Ridge Mall we ate at Johnny Carinos. There's also an Applebee's. I'm sure there's others. I haven't been up that way in a while.

Can I ask why the Vista Ridge area? Southlake Townsquare is nice also? Is Dyu staying in that area? Sorry just a bit confused :???:

Vista Ridge Mall is across the Hwy (35) from Scrapbook Warehouse. :) I thought Rachel was looking for places to eat in the area. Southlake Town Center is awesome but would be a little out of the way if we're heading towards Lewisville (and if gaylestamps is coming from Grand Prairie).

Oh I see, she is going to Scrapbook Warehouse, I get it now. I am a bit slow today.

Well I know there is an Olive Garden in the same Mall area as SBW. There is a Chili's a bit north of the Mall. There is a Friday's, and just about any other restaurant you can think of on that strip by the mall. Anyone in particular she likes?

You already know how to get to from DFW to Rachel's, so come on!!!!

Well, Cathy knows how I love, love Johnny Carino's ;) When we going back there Cathy? Guess when the kiddos go back to school! Yeah! All day school for my DD! (Keller ISD has 1/2 day kinder)

Anyway, all those places sound good to me. I love anything Italian or sweet :D

Scrapbook Whse zipcode is 75067. I did a yahoo search for restaurants, and came up with over 1,000 within 3 miles.

I think we'll find something to eat ~ LOL ~ and anything is fine with me!

Hi ladies! I've never been to a SCS get together either but would LOVE to meet some of you. I live in Little Elm. Abuelo's is in that same shopping center as SU and it is really good! There are TONS of restaurants nearby.

Can I come please, please, please???

I'd be interested in coming, too! There is also a Mimi's in that shopping center. Are you planning on meeting at SBW, then going to eat later? I could come for a little while mid-afternoon, so probably wouldn't be eating then.

I really don't think the plans have been finalize yet. Rachel just got back home after being down here for over a week. We are open to suggestions. Whatever the majority of the group wants is were we will go to eat. It really doesn't matter to us. I can't wait to meet all of you!! We will "talk" about it more this weekend when she has more time & will let all of you know.
