Thanks Wendy, I'm really excited too!!! I like food... in particular your mac&cheese... so we might be able to strike a deal on that one. ;) I'm still trying to also coordinate with some work friends from Utica, no clue what/ where I'll be that weekend, I just assume it will be fun.

you can have mac & cheese w/ wendy (& me). then sleep here:p
Kari doesn't have a break. She's just filling in with us for the weekend since her other plans changed. She's planning on hanging with her former teacher friends Friday evening, then us on Saturday and back on Sunday.
I'm all set! Just have to pack everything up. I even made a new nametag
I've been working at church all week getting set up for the rummage sale. I'll work the sale all day today and Saturday, and then walk in the CHOW walk at Binghamton Univ on Sunday(hope the weather improves). Monday and Tuesday I plan on getting a hair cut and catching up around the house. Then I can rest up for next weekend. I'm getting excited!!
That is a pretty scene, Diane. But I'm with you and Michele in that I'd rather see the pretty fall colors. I was surprised at how little had turned yet in PA. Bet that changes in a hurry now.
Judy, in case you need a reminder: Don't be hurting your back at the rummage sale.
Thanks Linda, and I have been REALLY careful about what and how I've been lifting because I DO NOT want to miss out next week. The church did VERY well at today's sale. Tomorrow we'll start reducing prices and end it all with a bag sale at 1:00. It's always fun to see how much stuff people can make fit into a paper grocery bag when they get it all for $2.
We had a winter wonderland in the hills of Maine this morning too. It was a beautiful ride into Endwell at 7:30.
How's everyone coming on their cards, etc. for the 24th? It's only a week and a day away now.
My CF is designed... but I need to go out and buy more paper... does that count? Still tyring to organize some stamps and tings before I decide on my shoebox.... but it'll all come together this weekend (hopefully!)
We had a few flakes flying around this morning, but nothing as pretty as Diane's.....
Okay....recipes are done....atc's are done...working on techniques....have idea for 3-d's and 6 more days to go. Wow I'm really doing better than I usually do
I am done with .... nothing! You guys are making me nervous!

good morning! I'm with you Heidi- I have the first layer of gesso on-so I might do gesso resist Andrea!
morning Robin.
Guess everyone else is at the big get together- just think Heidi it could be worse-like needing 47 swaps
exactly.... but ummmm, I was going to do gesso.... wanna wrestle for it? I had PM'd Andrea but hadn't heard back. I was waiting to hear, but I was going to get going on it today. If you have gesso on your samples already, you would be farther than me, so I guess I am back to the drawing board again (that happened on my shoebox too!).

Did l2 loads of laundry, fed Zekey the cat, wrote a long email to Michele, checked my email, have Roomba going at its third round of vacuuming, took two chairs up to the attic (extra chairs to come out when stamping friends come over!!!), talked to the neighbor about cat sitting while we're on vacation, cleaned the grossly dirty outdoor birdfeeder, put bleach in the dishwasher for a cycle and now vinegar for a cycle to clean that...do you think I've procastinated from doing Gathering stuff long enough???
At least I cleared a space and just started putting shoebox kits together before I checked in here to see who's around! Gayla, Nancy, Michele are at that up-up-line meeting...Linda and Pat, too?
