I worked in my room today, sorted thru cardfronts from all the get togethers and put some in protectors and some will go to a cards for troops request.

Gayla the big box of stamps is put any in folders (I use those plastic folder things with the 2 buttons and a string you wrap around. One folder can hold about 3 sets. I still need to get a system for my unmounted stamps.

so you store your wood mounted sets in the folder thingies? What are you thinking about for your UM's? My supply of UM's is growing and I wonder what way is best for storage?

what do you do with them now? I have mine on white glossy pages(heavy sortalike lightweight chipboard) I bought last year at the stamping expo. They go in a 3 ring binder. I already had a big binder.

I had a lot of mine grouped by topic. Now I have so many SU ones that I recently went back and put them all back in the clamshells. Otherwise I couldn't tell what set they came from to list when uploading....
I still have my non-SU grouped together in drawers by topic.

Oops, I think I just answered the We B in the wrong thread. No, it's not the Bridgeport store. The are more focused on scrapbooking but it is a great store and they're very nice people.

This is the type of system I was considering for mine too..... is there a cheaper / easier type of paper I can put them on?

Most of my unmounted's are still in their plastic sleeves as they hung on the store shelves (most are sets). The sleeves are then all standing upright in a box so I can thumb through to see what's there. My bellas and 2 of my Gina K sets (the ones that don't come in a tin) are in cd cases. I'd like to find a total system that I like so it's all consistent.

I'm wondering if they would stick (well) to acetate sheets?

I had thought about that too.... or maybe that cheap glossy paper I got from the dollar store?? Not as sturdy I know, but I could line it with some chipboard maybe.

Oh, that is a darn good idea! Then even if they did accidentally "fall" off the papers, they wouldn't go anywhere. Very secure.

And I think I have a box of them around here somewhere.... unless they're at school....
