CNY Stampers Get Together Saturday, Aug 4, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Christ Church Binghamton NY Please join us at our next Central New York Stampin' GetTogether. It’s a full day of stamping fun! Cost - $25.00 per person Registrations must be paid no later than 5 pm July 7. Mail registration form and payment to me (info is in the registration form). There are no refunds, but you may offer your spot to someone else. There is a lot of info to digest but reading through it should help answer many questions. If any clarification is needed, just ask.This thread is our main way to communicate with you and we are here to help! It’s best to subscribe to this thread so that you see the updates. You will find final counts and other important info here on page 1 once the event is closed. Mandatory Table Project (aka “shoebox”) - We generally have about 12 to 15 participants, so we will plan to do everyone's project. Please bring the appropriate amount of kits (to be determined once registrations are finalized) with all paper, ink, stamps and tools required. I will furnish a Big Shot. A gentle reminder: Please leave some work for us to do. At recent swaps there have been some projects with everything already stamped. WE WANT to create so leave some stamping for us. ALSO it is a copyright infringement to photocopy protected artwork, so please DO NOT photocopy images to be used. When our final count is in, you will know how many kits will be needed. You will also need 2 completed samples. One is used for the sample board and one will be an example at the table.Extra parts to fix any "oops" should also be provided. Please prepare 14 kits The swaps you know and love: --NVR Card Front --Recipe --SUO* - *Only current SU! products are to be used. Plain note card FULL card --Anything BUT Flowers card front -hopefully a variety that could be used for kids, men etc 2 1/2 inch square swap using either the Under the mistletoe DSP from the new 2018 catalog OR the colors Early Espresso, real red, old olive, night of navy, shaded spruce or white. These would make a great Christmas wall d�cor OR focal images for Christmas cards. Food - Please indicate on the registration form the specific food item you will bring to share. The main dish lunch items and breakfast casseroles are always the hardest to fill so please consider one of those if you haven’t before.Please don’t just say “food” or “whatever you need”.Ideas: breakfast items, lunch items, including salads, desserts and snacks. We love to try your homemade food specialties! Bottled water and a meat platter will be provided. BYO soda if you want it. I will also get a breakfast pizza. Garage Sale -Bring your stamps and stamping supplies to sell or trade. Current Stampin’ Up! items must be offered for trade only; you can sell retired items. Sorry but we can’t be responsible for missing items so bring things at your own risk. Goodie Bags - for everyone! Goodie bags will all have the same value but may have some variation in colors, etc. You know it will be great. Gift Swap - You don’t have to sign up for this one, but if you would like to participate, bring a gift related to our stamping passion. Everyone who brings a gift to swap will also leave with one. Value on these should be in the $5-10 range, and stamped projects are always appreciated! If it’s something you’d like to take home, it’s probably perfect!Be sure to include your name somewhere inside so the lucky winner knows who to thank. Wrap it up prettily to encourage “stealing”. REMEMBER: Stamping-related!!! Other - Please bring your own labeled items for your personal stamping needs, including your favorite adhesive. These are the items you just can’t stamp without, like: bone folder, paper cutter/scorer, scissors, straight edge, stamp cleaner and whatever else you can't stamp without! Did I say adhesive?????Adhesive! You will likely need lots of it. |

TOD, if you print out some forms and bring them with you this weekend, I can fill one out and pay you. Hubby hasn't connected our printer to our computers, yet. It's on his list. Today, after six months of the problem starting, he finally replaced the faucet to our laundry room sink so it doesn't thunk and clunk every time we turn the water on. :) He has a lot on his to do list now that he's retired and I haven't even told about a bunch I want to add to the list!

this saturday is our village yard sale.so i have forced myself to purge.
so far have over 100+wood sets.none over $8.more than 30+ embossing folders.some clear/unmounted sets. currently purging my single wood stamps. may have time to purge my punches and/or my DSP sale starts at 8am.weather is going to be much cooler. so come out for a drive.see the new kitchen 129 east main (rt 20) morrisville~ hope to see you~ |
Allen is very harsh w/pricing.he has no idea how much 1 single stamp is.priced my single wood stamps at only 1 and 2 dollars each.hope they move fast~
