What classes are you doing at the Supershow if any?
I'm doing the Copic class on the 27th, a pail full of cards with Stampendous on the 31st and I'm thinking of adding the "change your clothes" class as I am interested in refashioning clothing.
Of course I am also keen on participating in some make n takes and stocking up on all my favourite products at the show too
I didn't sign up for any classes but I did indicate interest in a Focus group when I purchased my tickets. Got an email about my interest and a list of time slots - sent it back - they say they will let me know. Might be interesting
I'm signed up for the "photo jewelry made easy" class on Saturday afternoon from Judikins. I'm considering the felting class on Sat. morning, and a crochet class on Friday
I want all my time free for shopping and make and takes! However I didn't know about the Copics Class. Is that during the regular CHA for vendors?
I really need that!
I only signed up for the MFT class, which I'm uber excited about. The other classes didn't peak my interest. Well, more like shopping time could be limited and it was too risky to tie it up in another class.

I think it may even be the day before the vendor show starts (27th). I ended up changing my itinerary around so I could come to Orlando earlier than originally planned. You should be able to get information from copicmarkers.com if you are interested in attending.

That's my biggest dilemma too! More shopping time, make and takes or classes? Plus I wonder how long it will take me to see everything as well - what if that takes a day in itself? All those yummy products to see and so little time
My mum and I had been planning on going on a USA holiday and the timing of the trip with the Supershow was just a happy coincidence ;)
That's my story and I'm sticking to it!
Isn't that the same thing as "study" abroad programs. You know, the ones where you go to New Zealand and Australia and come back with a suitcase full of yarn??? {I also knit}
I haven't been to Perth, as we've already discussed, but this is the store I've been keeping an eye on for some time now. I would totally take that train across to go here.

Hi Deborah
I can't get you to the wool shack unfortunately but if you want me to bring you anything over just pm me.
I'm not taking any classes. I'm pretty sure that I'm only going to be there on Friday as we have real estate to look at on Saturday. So I wanted to keep all my time open for make and takes and shopping.
I'm also seriously debating the Friday night crop. What to do? What to do??? I hate to crop alone. LOL~
There are so many classes that I'm interested in, but I didn't want to miss the make 'n takes, so I'm only taking the Faux Dichroic Art glass pendant class.

I'm taking a whole day of classes on Friday.....digital 1 and 2, designer's notebook, and change your clothes (can't wait!) I hope I'll have time inbetween to shop but may have to come back Saturday.

I'll see you at the "change your clothes" class. I spoke to my Mum to make sure she'd be okay for the evening and with her say so booked the class. Should be a fun & interesting class
My Aunt moved there many years ago (she has passed away now) but sent me the most beautiful knitting magazines from there. Patterns unlike any we have in the US. I pull them out now and then to drool but could never find any yarn I liked to make them in.
Maybe I will find some yarn in Orlando!
Also, if anyone is looking for info on the Copic Class, just email: [email protected]
and she will hook you up.
Thanks to Shaz Aussie for hooking me up! Can't wait to meet you! My first cousin still lives in Austraila but I never made it over to visit.
Nova Scotia Deborah!

Looking forward to meeting you too Deborah - just over 2 weeks to go and counting!
I'm taking the Copic class as well, but I was interested in the Nunn design jelwelry class, but not sure since that class is from 8-10 and copic is 9-4. I was wondering if the class was worth missing 1 hour of copic?
Shaz aussie will see you in the Copic class save me a seat I will be late..
Thanks
Maggie

Why don't I see either the Nunn Jewlery Class or the Copic class listed on the CHA website?

The copic certification class is on the 27th July before the supershow starts. You can get information at copicmarkers.com or check Mariannes blog ilikemarkers.blogspot.com
I really hoped that the Copic class would be offered for the Super show. However, I am taking three classes. Making Jewelry from Scrap booking Embellishments (F), Accessorize with Mary Engelbreit (S) and Cards that flip, flap, slide and pull (S).
I'm doing the designer's notebook and SO looking forward to it!!
Me too! I am looking forward to it so much.....you are never too old to learn.....something your mother probably has said to you many times.....Oh wait!! I AM your mother..... We are going to have a blast!!
