What another great swap Andrea and Lisa!!! Wonderful cards, meeting new and old friends. I have to say that that Peanut Butter Fudge was absolutely terrible (jk) - if it comes again I'll save you all your waistline and will just put it in my van, LOL! Chicken salad was yummy as well as those meatballs - gosh do we know how to treat our stamping friends.
Can't wait til August. Oh a suggestion for next time is that everything is stamped/punched/cut out/separated into individual bags and ready to just put adhesive on so we could do even more cards, LOL!
DANIELLE - you were so excited about coming I'm so sorry you couldn't find us. Next time get Andrea/Lisa's cell number. Come to the swap in August that Andrea and Lisa are having and you'll be already for it, LOL!
Great experience! So glad we got off the waiting list and on the attendees list. Great cards from great gals! Learned a lot. Hope to be able to attend in August. I would have liked to have had some PB Fudge, but VixenStamper wouldn't share (JK back at ya "K"). Thanks Lisa and Andrea! You put on a great event. And thanks to everyone for all the delicious food!

Thanks again to Andrea and Lisa for hosting a great swap. And thanks to everyone who helped out me and my broken arm. I must admit that I may have overdone it a little, but that's what the pain meds are for!
I was just trying to make sure no one got a little gosh forbid SICK! I really wouldn't want that to happen. God that was good PB fudge (I'm so sorry for those that missed out) and I'm lucky enough to have the recipe now - but I'm sure Marge's will make a reappearance since uh there was none left (not saying who took the last one off the plate either).
You should also plan to attend in November as well - a weekend of this is so much better than just 6.5 hours, LOL!

Thanks! I was so bummed, but a little retail therapy at SU.com helped. This peanut butter fudge sounds AMAZING!
Retail therapy normally solves everything but was that yesterday or today? The retired list came out today already have my order in, LOL! The good thing is I already had one stamp set (didn't know it) that I used at the stamp camp - WHOO HOO!
Oh that Peanut Butter Fudge would have made you so sick you wouldn't have wanted it. Especially on that long drive back to DE but it would have made the drive oh so worth it as well. I'll pm you that recipe if you want to make anyone near you sick (of peanutty sugar goodness, LOL).
Plan on coming in August and then staying in OC for Nov's weekend away.

So glad everyone had a great time. Danielle so sorry you missed the swap. I do not believe or trust GPS, I am a old fashion map girl. Check out blog in a couple of days and the pics should be on there of the cards. We have to pat ourselves on the back, things went smoothly, no one left anything behind and I have not heard anything that was lost or can't find.... til next time.... Happy Stampin
The question was posted, how will you know there is an event posted... if you have been to one of our swaps we send out emails and post on splitcoast... trust me, you will know when we have events. Also, sign up on our blog and everytime something is posted you will get notified.
Thank you all for your kind words. Andrea and I really appreciate your support! The work and planning is so worth it for our wonderful group of stampers and friends.
I think I say this after every swap, but the cards were really great this time.
Danyelle - I'm sorry you were so close, yet so far. Retail therapy is always good!
I'm working on getting the cards and other pics on the blog. They should be there by the weekend. If you sign up for email notifications, you'll get an email (obviously) when we post.
So much fun and food and friendship packed into one day. Hope to see you all in August (and November)!

LOL...yes it is It's a shame though, because maybe that one girl left on the wait list would have been closer and could have made it. Lesson learned though, I've never had any problems with GPS, but I had heard the horror stories. Now I know....:p
Thank you to the ladies who offered to SWAP through the mail. The sentiments are: thanks so much, thinking of you, and congratulations from the Swirls and Curls Verses set. I can send it fully assembled or not? It is up to you....can't wait to get your cards for my stash!
I definitely am praying I will make the next swap. Lynn Haase showed me the cards from the swap and everyone did a really great job. Sad I missed it!!!!
Just a quick note to let you know that the swap card pictures are on the blog. Sorry for the delay; I forget how much time it takes. A perfect rainy afternoon job.
Linda - we were sorry you couldn't make it, but I hear we'll be seeing you in August. Can't wait!
