Alberta SCS gathering.....UPDATED!!!!!
 

I am just putting the feelers out there.....would any of you Albertans be interested in putting together a gathering? I am sure that there are lots of stampin geeks in Alberta, and I thought that it might be fun to get together and share ideas, etc.

Let me kow what you think, and if there is enough interest, I will work out the details....

I'm from Edmonton too! I've never attended a SCS meeting before, so could you give a few more details of what you were thinking of? Where would we meet? Would this be a meeting for demo's to "talk shop"? Or would we just share stamping ideas? Thanks, looking forward to your reply!

It is looking so far like Edmonton would be a good idea. If you want to PM me again with your location, that would be great. I am in Peace River, and would LOVE to have it here....let me know if that would work for you at all. I could even probably work out accomodations if need be and if there is the interest....one of the benefits of a small town.

If Edmonton seems to be what people want, I can look into that as well. I was thinking that it should be a "all welcome" sort of thing, and we can share ideas, etc. Details will follow as I see more of a response.

I'm in AB, too and I have a lot of friends who might be interested too. Would love to hear more details. Edmonton would be OK for me, too, since I am in Central AB.

I would also be interested, but I am in Calgary. I am sure there would be a bunch of us from here interested in coming up there, but it would all depend on scheduling.

There seems to be lots of interest!!! YAY!!

I am not in the Edmonton area, but that seems the be the most logical place geographically to do this. I will start looking into spaces in that area.

I am sure that I could use help in the planning and organizing of this, so if any of you are interested in helping, please PM me and we can start to work out the details. I will also pm some of you to see if you can help out. Please don't take that as being pushy....I will not be at all offended if you are unable to help.

I will talk to you all soon. And just so you know, I did get the pm's from people, and I have not forgotten about you.....

I am in Barrhead and know at least 15 women that would come to this. Edmonton works for me. I can't believe this might happen, it's too exciting. Please let me know if I can help with anything.
